The staff at Aladdin was extremely helpful and responsive from the first call. They were flexible to accommodate some changes in our schedule and followed up the day before as well as an hour before the appointment to ensure that the time still worked for us. Jesse met with my wife and explained in language that she (and I) could understand, and then performed the authorized repairs and service while on location (no return trip required). Because I was not at home, Jesse got on the phone with me to explain his recommendation and review the costs. I am very impressed and confidently recommend Aladdin to others. I only wish that I had called them earlier!

I called Alladin in February because my furnace was not working. It was necessary to again call Alladin because the problem had not been resolved . Jesse, made the follow-up visit and because of the cost of repairs and the age of the system, we discussed the advisability of a new heating/air conditioning system. Tom, the "comfort expert" as their salesmen are called, arrived promptly the following week. I agreed to have a new system installed. There was a misunderstanding about the exact system I wanted, but Aladdin was prompt in their response and did everything possible to resolve the problem to my satisfaction. The following week, Jason, Jason and Jaime did a wonderful job removing the old system and installing a new system. They were very careful about clean up and (tall) Jason deserves extra credit for dealing with the removal of the old system from the attic of my 1942 house. Jaime's recommendation about swapping the attic access with the air intake to provide for a better position for the new system demonstrated his knowledge and experience. Also, a "thank you" to those people who answered the phone at Alladin. They were extremly helpful and very professional.

Great! Jesse pointed out all the issues at present and ones we may encounter in the future. He corrected some wonky repairs from the past (The igniter in the AC unit was way too small for a 5 ton unit which was causing a huge voltage drop when it kicked on) Also he clearly explained the expected lifespan of the units and past spotty maintenance, and issues that may come up.

The experience was good. It was nothing ordinary. They were pretty good and we want them to come back. They know what they are talking about and that was easy. They quickly understand what they would do. They are professional. I had a good experience with them. We had a problem with the schedule but they did the work pretty quickly.

I needed a new furnace and found Aladdin Air Conditioning on Angie's List. It was December and cold for Southern California. Tom Stanley came out right away and informed me that my furnace was so old that it no longer met code regulations. I could have gone for a repair, but it made sense to replace the furnace. The crew did an excellent job and, although I have never figured out how to program the new thermostat, both the heater and the air conditioner are working fine. I can use the themostat, I just do everything manually when I need to change something. The permitting process went fine because the job was done correctly and well.

Tom at Aladdin Air Conditioning & Heating came over to look at the house and discuss proper equipment and installation of AC. He was very courteous and professional and friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. I had done some research so I had a lot of questions, but he was very patient and answered them in clear and friendly manner. The consult and estimate was free of charge. As promised by mid next week, he provided me with an estimated via e-mail. I have since decided to go with another company; however, I am giving Aladdin Air Conditioning and Heating high scores for their professionalism and responsiveness.

Overall, I am very satisfied with their service--however, I think their prices are very high. Nevertheless, I appreciate that they were open about their pricing since everything was written down and there was not confusion about how much each option costs.

Kyle was scheduled to arrive between 9 and noon, but called to say he would be later than that. He arrived exactly at the time he stated, put on his shoe covers and proceeded to the attic where my A/C is housed. After completing the service upstairs, he went outside to check the condenser (?) or whatever it is called that sits outside. He always does an excellent job, is courteous and polite, and tells me everything he is doing or has done.

Went smoothly. Arrived on time and performed the task quickly.

I noticed that my usually cool house was feeling a little humid and hot and the a/c fan was running excessively. Then I noticed that the compressor wasn't kicking on. I have large dogs and they must be kept pretty cool. I called the company for service and was told that it would probably be a day before they could get out. I explained the situation and Jesse was out by about 1 PM. Crisis averted. Dogs are cool. And I am freezing--as it should be.

Bought the Angie coupon for heating and air conditioning tune up for 139. They arrived on time and took about an hour to do a very through inspection and tuneup. Technician was very professional and knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions on my 20 year old unit. Office staff were also very professional and courteous! Would use them again if I decide to purchase a new unit.

Aladdin arrived on time; they replaced the furnace and made improvements in the placements. Rocky sent pictures to me via email of the progression of the job.

We smelled gas and called the gas company who suggested calling a repair or service. We called Aladdin and Brett, the technician diagnosed situation and explained our problem thoroughly.

Had a heater not working at a rental property. Called Aladdin to investigate the problem. Found out the unit was original to the house (1966!) and needed to be upgraded to a safer, more efficient unit. Sales person was prompt, courteous and explained everything clearly. Received an estimate quickly which was a very, very reasonable price for a new unit and installation. Installers were knowledgeable, fast, courteous and cleaned up after themselves which really pleased my tenant. Had a minor issue with billing. But it turned out to be just a miscommunication which was taken care of promptly and courteously by a call from the president of the company. Very professional all around. Would recommend highly and will use again for other rental properties as well as our own home.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were very nice. The experience was perfect and the job is all taken care of. I really like guy who came and serviced my entire unit; it is an old unit, about 40-years-old. He was really nice, efficient and answered all my questions. The technician gave me important information about the patchwork that has been done on my unit; it is fine and will hold up for a couple of years. He started talking about future replacements but I have not reached out to them yet. The offer high quality; everything is running fine.
