Tom was very professional and gave a reasonable quote. I could tell that he knew his stuff and he was quick to answer any questions that I had. His installers, Jaime and Cheno were friendly and efficient. The installation went well and the furnace closet looks great. I would definitely recommend this company.

TERRIFIC!! Brett was on time, professional, very nice and, best of all - competent. He called when he was on his way here and gave me an arrival time. We have always had great service from Aladdin. They installed a complete air conditioning unit in our home in 2013. Everyone at the company has been great - Rocky Rocco was our salesman. He was very nice and thorough, not pushy at all. Rocky gave us all the information we needed to choose which system was best for us. I should have written a review last year! I don't remember all the names and details now. But, I do remember that the installation went very smoothly. The office staff are always on top of everything....permits, appointments, etc. Barbara called me to make the appointment the other day and was very friendly and made sure that the appointment day and time was convenient for me. We highly recommend Aladdin Heating and Air Conditioning!

Aladdin has been our go-to heating and air techs for the last two years. Their service techs are always prompt and courteous and we've never had a problem with the quality of work. On this particular call, Jesse was our technician. He was prompt, friendly and thorough. I'd trust him to complete work on our system any time. Furthermore, the receptionists are also very pleasant and work hard to get techs to our house ASAP. Pricing seems to be competitive with other companies in our area.

I started using Aladdin in the summer of 2013. My air conditioner was not working properly as it would not engage. At this time as with my recent service, Jesse came to my house. With the air conditioner, Jesse quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing as he was fixing the air conditioner. There was no pressure at all at up-sales or pressure to replace as has been my experience with the "other" company in my area. Jesse also gave me pointers on how to properly maintain my air conditioner for the future. He was so friendly and professional that I decided to go with a maintenance plan through Aladdin. Today, it was time for my yearly maintenance on my furnace and Jesse came to my house. Again, he was super friendly and professional. He completed the work and found that I needed a part for my 1989 furnace. There was absolutely no pressure to replace this older furnace, rather, it just needed a replacement part. After installing the part and a new filter, Jesse used a high tech infrared camera to examine the manifold (that's what I call it) area of the furnace for cracks. He explained that he was looking for stress cracks in the metal and let me see what he was seeing on the monitor. After it passed his inspection as he performed various services to the furnace, he checked the heat production in the house. Once he was satisfied with the furnace, he checked the air conditioner and its function. Jesse checked the temperature of house during its operation and made sure it was working properly. Everything checked out. I was so pleased with Jesse and Aladdin that I signed up for another year of service. I look forward to many years of future service with Aladdin. I highly recommend this company and Jesse.

Justin arrived on time and completed the inspections. He provided an honest appraisal of the system (installed in 1999) and the maintenance that the other HVAC company had been doing. He said we did need a drain pan with a safety switch and completed the special order. He returned to do the installation. He was personable and competent and told us of the additional training that Alladin was providing to improve his expertise. Justin is a great representative for Alladin.

Our air conditioner stopped working in the beginning of summer 2013 on one of the hottest days of the year. I usually had the technician put freon in every now and then as we had leaks in our old A/C. This time, the technician from Aladdin said that my system was shot and that depending on the size of the leak, the freon would only last from a few weeks to a few months. I was in a hurry because it was hot, we had no air conditioning and it was a waste of money trying to fix the old system. I decided to get an estimate for a new high-efficiency A/C, furnace, new ducting and relocating the furnace to the attic. We also relocated the crawlspace to our hallway as the old one was inaccessible. Our old unit made a terrible noise in our hallway, across from my son's room. The return vent was on the hallway wall next to the furnace which was in an outside closet right next to it. Every time the air conditioner or heater turned on, it made a noise like a jet engine taking off. Rocky recommended a Carrier variable speed unit which is whisper quiet and also energy efficient. He patiently answered all my questions I had regarding the wireless (smart) controller emitting radiation. He called his expert in the field who I was able to talk to and answered all my questions. He recommended a different model that was wired and didn't emit EMF's. I signed the proposal on Saturday and the crew began work on Monday morning. They taped paper walkways to my hardwood floors and put up plastic sheeting in the doorways to contain any dust from blowing. They were also very mindful of our pets so they wouldn't get out. The workmen were a pleasure to have around, they were very tidy, respectful and unobtrusive and did a top notch job. I also received an Angie's List coupon discount, a manufacturer's discount and free maintenance calls for a year. My energy bills are significantly less and we are so much more comfortable (especially in summer). We couldn't be happier with our experience.

I called Aladdin because our thermostat was not working. I was greeted by a very friendly lady on the phone. She was quick to help me and set up an appointment to have someone come out that very same day. She gave me a window of time between 4-7pm. I was told that the technician would call me ahead of time. The technician (Jesse P.) called me about 4:30 and said he would be here in 10 to 15 minutes. Shortly after he arrived. He was very friendly and presentable. He went right to work. He did a full inspection and even checked out the air ducks in the attic. He was very informative. He walked my husband through the whole process and pointed out the problem spots. Bad news because the unit is over 35 years old it's in bad shape. There are some safety issues too! Jesse was up front, but not pushy. We made another appointment to get an estimate on a new unit. I think it's time!

Aladdin responded quickly to our request for service. Tech Jesse Porter was friendly and informative and explained things in a way that we can easily understand. He had to come back for a second visit because a part needed to be ordered, and when he did he brought an additional part with him in case he needed it so as to not leave us without heat longer! He was trustworthy and pointed out some problems resulting from how the heating vent had been installed by our contractor when we did some remodeling last year. We look forward to having our HVAC unit maintained on a regular basis by Aladdin from now on.

They always send reminders every six months and we have the same guy each time and he is great.

I had the work done several months ago, but waited until I finished the summer and got into colder weather to see how the system functioned before I wrote this review. Rocky Rocco came to the house to provde an estimate. He did a very thorough job and even climbed into the attic to make sure he gave a good estimate for the duct work. I collected appraisals from two other companies and Aladdin was the ONLY one that actually got into the attic. Everyone else said they would design the duct work after the job began. This is actually a complicated part of the job to make sure the ducts fit the walls and are sized correctly for each room to deliver the correct air flow. The guy who creates the estimate and the actual installation are every bit as important as the hardware manufacturer. It was a big expenditure, so I was nervous about the outcome. They have several workers on the job for nearly two days. Some of the other companies I looked at bragged about getting it done in one day. After watching the work progress, there is now way to install a system in a 2-story house in one day and do a quality job. After the installation was done, I had to have a a county inspection to get the work certified. The Inspector took one look at the word done in the garage and immediately said, "you had a quality installer." I told him it was Aladdin and he said they are the "best."

I have renters living at this home and Aladdin actually called not only them, but me as well before they came out to do the winter check up.

Kyle worked on the unit for more than 90 minutes. He was very professional and straight-forward. I liked how he provided his price book that documented all costs. I am really sick of other people who pick a price quote out of thin air. Since my units are getting old I thought it was wise to sign up for their maintenance plan. They promise to come out twice each year to make sure all three units are operating correctly. I also liked that he tested the system, turned off all of the attic lights and placed the cover in its proper position. That is more than a prior heating company did a few years ago.

. Wayne Andrews the service tech. was prompt, informed, clean(even had booties to protect the hardwood floors). He explained the problem, solved the problem and checked out the heater to make sure it was working properly. An older heated he was informed about the model and explained in detail . Would use again.

Men were polite, clean, on time and helpful. I was very pleased with everything. I didn't compare prices with other Carrier providers but was pleased with the discounts offered me. The salesman was helpful and answered all my questions.

It comes in 2 parts, they were very responsive and they got their system installed quickly. Unfortunately, there was a mechanical failure with the system itself which we got resolved, it was covered under warranty and so they responded to that and it took 3 federations of them coming out and working on it to get fixed so we eventually waited and got there so in the end I was happy. I wasn't real pleased when the new system mechanically failed but I don't think that was the installer's fault because it appeared to be a mechanical defect from the manufacturer. The people they've sent out for the installation and the repairs were very knowledgeable, very responsive, were very clear in what was going on and what they were going to have to do. I was very pleased with the staff that they had provided. We paid a little over the premium. They couldn't resolve my problem instantly but they were responsive. They were very punctual, they were actually on time every time and when they couldn't be there, they would call in advance so I liked that. They were very professional, handled their business in a very professional manner and I was actually very pleased with them.

Tom the "comfort expert" arrived on time, followed by same of the installers and installed the furnace diligently. They explained the thermostat, and on going progress, they were done in 2.5 hours.

They were on time and the work looked great. The price was very good. And they completed the job sooner than estimated.

It was an excellent job I feel it was expensive. However I got high-end unit and top-quality work. I feel good about it. Jason is one of their top-notch employees did a good job here I appreciated his thoroughness.

We purchased a new home in Westlake Village and needed a company to take a look at the HVAC and prepare us for any changes we would have to make. From the phone call I made setting up the visit to the gentleman who came out, Aladdin was very professional, extremely understanding, and very knowledgeable. I am happy to have signed up to a maintenance plan with this team. It is always hard finding new helpers when you move to a new city. These guys made the HVAC piece REAL EASY!!!! Thanks.

They came out as scheduled and gave a quick assessment of the problem (air conditioner sounded like an airplane taking off). Blower motor was going out and needed to be replaced. I received 3 quotes for this job so had an idea what I was looking at when they quoted price. I was being sold a bunch of unnecessary stuff from another vendor, up to saying system had to be replaced (it is only 10 years old) at a cost of $3000. The part I needed had to be order and I was told they could be back in a week. The service man was also nice enough to say some roof tiles had been blown off and I should probably have roof looked at before the winter. Part came in as scheduled and work was completed timely. I am on their schedule for an annual check up to keep things running smoothly.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out pretty well. They were responsive. They were good. They did not charge me anything extra than the actual big deal.

In the middle of one of the hottest weeks of the year, my air conditioning unit failed. Instead of blowing cool air, it was just blowing warm air. I have lived in my house for two years and knew that I needed to have both my furnace and air conditioning units serviced, so I purchased Aladdin's Big Deal for $139 tune-up service for both units. I contacted Aladdin and scheduled a visit for the following week with a three-hour window. Aladdin called the day before my appointment to confirm and then, Justin, the service technician, also called to confirm his arrival time the day of the appointment. Justin was very professional, courteous and helpful. I gave him the Big Deal coupon and he explained the services that he was going to perform as he put down a tarp to protect my floor as he started work on my furnace. We quickly discovered an extremely dirty 4" air filter which needed to be replaced. He immediately let me know that he didn't have the part in his truck, but would make sure that he would order the part and schedule a follow up appointment to install it. He also let me know that the furnace was a good shape for a 13 year-old unit and that it would last several more years with continued maintenance. We then went outside to check my Lennox air conditioner. He explained the various components to me (I'm nosey and like to learn about technical stuff). As suspected, the compressor wasn't working. Justin quickly installed the compressor and in less than 30 minutes we had cool air flowing through the house again. HURRAY! I signed up for the Aladdin maintenance plan which includes 3 visits in a year and is included in the cost listed above. I was planning on signing up with a company and based on my positive experience with Justin and Aladdin, the decision to select them as my service provider was easy. I would highly recommend hiring Aladdin for your furnace and air conditioning needs. GREAT JOB! Thank you.

Jesse came out when our old air conditioning unit stopped working. He was on time, professional, nice, not pushy like a salesman and gave us our options and explained everything thoroughly. Then Tom came out, he was very professional and didn't push the most expensive or elaborate system on us, he really helped us find the right one for us and even worked with us on price. On install, Tom and his crew were quick, knowledgeable, clean and did everything they could to make us happy. And when we had issues figuring out how to work our new thermostat, Jesse came back out for free and gave us a nicer, easier to use to thermostat for free. We have nothing but good things to say about Aladdin, the crew, Jesse and Tom. Thank you guys.
