Description of Work: They installed my Carrier conditioning and heating unit to ensure it was working okay. I have also signed a maintenance contract with them as well. The installation worked out good. So far, everything has been great with maintenance as well.

Description of Work: In August of 2012 our HVAC unit went out. I called several companies for estimates and response times. Alladin was the winner. They came out when they said they would, checked out the dead unit, and gave me a price and installation date for the replacement. On the stated date, they arrived on time and did a very quick and professional installation. Jesse Porter was very professional and explained what they were doing, and why. They new system looks better then the old one, and works a lot better. I just had them out for a free post installation inspection and Jesse made a few minor adjustments to the system to help it perform better. Very happy with their work.

Description of Work: Aladdin installed my HVAC about 5 years ago, and I bought the service contract from them in order to keep the units running smoothly. I have been extremely pleased with all of the service providers who have come to work on the unit. In particular, Rocky Rocco was so delightful in pricing a unit that would meet all the needs of my older home, and the installers were great. After that initial work, the service men who came to make sure everything was in order were personable, professional and experts at their jobs. I remember in particular Shawn, who worked three days in a row to fix some glitch that now is gone!, and Kyle, who recommended the insulation by showing me pictures of my bare attic! I''m so glad he did, because he convinced me to get insulation and now I could not be happier. I feel like Aladdin really cares about making sure their products work at top efficiency. I am happy to be a member of their family!

Description of Work: Our regular HVAC tech was unavailable, so we decided to use an Angie's List promo coupon discount for our routine summer maintenance. The Aladdin tech noted that primary drain was blocked. He could have blown it clear in less than five minutes. Instead tried to "up sell" us a more expensive repair that a further inspection showed to be unnecessary. That's what accounted for the "C" score under "Professionalism" and "Quality".

Description of Work: ONe of our air conditioning units was not working. They sent one of their service techs,Jesse Porter, who was excellent. He arrived promptly at the designated time and every time he came in and out of the house, he put shoe covers on. He quoted me a very reaonable price and did the work promptly and would definitely use this company again and this service tech. They replaced the capacitor on one of our air conditioning units and it works great and it was the most reasonable price that I have gotten to replace a capacitor.

Description of Work: We had our 1980's vintage Heat & AC system completely replaced. I got estimates from four contractors, including Aladdin. Aladdin was competitive in price, though not absolutely the lowest. Further, because of the age of our system, there were a number of installation "upgrades" that needed to be performed. None of the four contractors included all of the necessary upgrades in their work proposals. When I brought up the one, not inexpensive upgrade that Aladdin had missed, they researched it, agreed with me, and included it without increasing the estimate. I accepted their estimate and we scheduled the work. They took two days to perform the old tear-out and new installation. They were professional, neat, respectful of our house, and communicated well what they were doing. When finished they guided me through the permitting process, including the two necessary inspections. And the inspections fees were included in their estimate -- something that was not true with at least two of the other bidders. And both inspectors complimented Aladdin's work. The unit has been working without problems for several months. I have no regret about hiring Aladdin for this work. I would do it again without any hesitation.

Description of Work: Our AC system wasn't blowing cold air. Called Aladdin and they had a serviceman at our house within two hours. He (Wayne Andrews) was professional, courteous and quick to diagnose and fix the problem. Had a burnt connector which had tripped the breaker. He checked out the system, replaced the connector and was done in less than an hour. Would very definitely use this company again and recommend them to others!

We plan to hire him after we decide what course of action to take, and what we can afford at this time. He left us with a feeling of confidence that we would be getting top-of-the-line professional service from Aladdin.
