My brother contacted Rob based on information from our HOA. He met up with him in July and got an estimate. In September he finally got his condo and called Rob back. The day before his agreed upon date, Rob called and stated that he got injured and would not be able to make the appointment. My brother was willing to work with him against my suggestion and called him back a couple of weeks later. Rob was still injured and told him that he would call him back in a couple of days to confirm. No response. At this point my brother finally moved on.

The electrician was on time, very polite, and knowledgeable. He did not rush but took his time to do a beautiful installation and cleaned up when he was finished. We are very happy with our lighting. The phone is usually answered when I call, if not, there is a prompt call-back. Beforehand, an estimate was given with no hassle. This company seems to care about residential customers which is a quality that is sometimes not easy to find.
Description of Work: Installed a tech lighting low voltage lighting system. We did the design and bought the parts first.
