I was selling my townhouse and needed emergency repairs before and after showing. Nicholas came same day I called and fixed bent vertical blind rod. I also had to call after open house to fix damage done by visitors. Again Nicholas came immediately and fixed everything.

Nick arrived on time for both estimating the work and for the project. He was professional on both occasions and was well-prepared with his supplies. He was neat and considerate of my space's limitations throughout the project. He listened well and asked questions about my expectations. He offered easy suggestions if I was concerned about time and cost. He explained the process of every task whenever I asked questions. If I had questions about how I proceed after he prepped an area, I was given clear instructions. He told me that I could also email him questions after he's finished or to let him know that something in the job didn't get completely resolved. I am happy with the quality of the work and his attention to detail. He was on site for over the estimated 8 hours and, even though the project took longer, we were able to discuss how much more time was needed and work out a plan to complete the tasks efficiently. He kept on schedule until it was clear the paint needed another coat due to the poor quality of the surface in it not having been painted in a very long time. The extra time was understandably necessary and I gladly paid for the extra hours because I feel lucky that he was available at short notice. I will definitely contact Nick in the future for other projects.

Nick provided excellent service all the way through. He was very responsive, scheduled an appointment with us the next day to come and give us an estimate. He arrived on time and was able to tell us exactly what he would do and broke it down by labor and materials. He was able to fit us in a few days later and was very accommodating when we needed to change the time. He arrived in the morning and performed the work in several hours, including the woodworking and painting. It looked amazing when it was done - like nothing had happened to the railing in the first place. He was pleasant, professional, and gave us a reasonable price for the time he spent on the work. I would definitely use Nick again for all of my handyman needs and I highly recommend his services.

I have never found someone who is so reliable, honest and will tell you if he can't do something. He is extremely prompt; if he is going to be 10 minutes late he calls you so he is a very good communicator. He does general handiwork in my area and I was very impressed. He is very considerate, too so I will use him again in the future.
