+ -1 moreHe came on a first visit, and noticed that the gas pressure was too low. So we called the gas company and they agreed and upped the pressure from the propane tank and adjusted the furnace. After they did that, the problem got much worse. So we called back the Home Warranty company, and we got to talk to Carmen on a Sunday. He was obviously interested in finding out the problem, and came on the following Monday. He figured out the problem in no time, ordered the part, and came back immediately after he received it, put it in and voila, the furnace is working! He told us the furnace (which is quite old....the other contractor kept wanting to sell us a new one) would be good for 2 to 4 more years. He was great, and we definitely intend to call him when the furnace reaches the end of its life! Note that we didn't have to pay anything since this was part of the warranty.
Description of Work: We came into contact with Carmen Musial through First American Home Warranty. Our furnace was not working, and it was an intermittent problem. The Warranty company kept sending a contractor who could not find the problem, refused to troubleshoot, and was reluctant to come back. So FAHW sent Carmen for a "second opinion". Carmen was punctual, super smart, interested in finding a solution, which he did, and now our furnace is working perfectly.

+ -1 moreI liked that they have good customer service and communicate the schedule well. When they were done they vented the roof and painted them to match the other vents.

+ -1 moreWe were glad we had the one year buyer's warranty for the heater because it was not very long after we moved in that it decided to fail on us. We called this company and they came right out, took care of the problem very quickly for us, and cleaned up as if they never came in the first place. We were very satisfied with their service and their professionalism.
Description of Work: As part of my 1 year warranty from our mortgage purchase, I called them to come out and check my heating unit which covered 2000 square feet of space. The unit was failing to heat. They came out, replaced two parts in the unit itself, and took the old parts away when they left. The entire service took under an hour.
