Difficult to get work scheduled since Roger Lin is fully booked for several months out. For this reason, the project (when the list of items were reviewed and agreed upon) needed to be done over several weeks (being fitted between his other pre-arranged projects.) Roger works every day of the week, shows up early and works late using a journeyman assistant or two (usually two.) As noted with high ratings (I went back and modified the Price from B to A because, even though the cost was 20% more than I wanted to spend, it was comparable to the other quotes, all being within 5% of each other.) Roger was chosen not only because of his references but also because of his ability to communicate what is feasible and practical. There were modifications along the way to completion of the project but these didn't inflate the cost dramatically. My sympathies for Roger when considering the work required in a summer-sun heated attic but he did such without complaints and maintained an even temper even after being up there for several hours.
