+ -1 moreDoc's plumbing was referred to by First American Home Warranty. Came on April 13th, said we need a new faucet and he will submit a report to the warranty company. It has been 10 days and he has still not submitted a report. Our first floor half-bath is not usable because there is no functioning faucet on the sink. It is still not fixed.

+ -1 moreJohn came out. He found that the toilet was not fillling and so he fit it with a valve and a flapper. John was able to diagnose it quickly and was congenial, punctual, capable and able to explain things to us in a way that we understood.
Description of Work: We were having trouble trouble with the toilet not filling. We needed help with understanding what the trouble was. We had the toilets under a Home Warranty and did not like the first plumber who was sent out but really like this one (John at Doc's Plumbing). The bill was paid through the Home Warranty. Our deductible was $60.
