BACK2BACK MOVING AND STORAGE

HORRIBLE. A TRUE NIGHTMARE. Seemed very professional when they showed up to give us a quote, but they did not listen to our needs and showed up on moving day without materials to pack our whole house! My husband had to work with them for 12 hours to pack us. They provided the wrong packing materials and the truck they brought was too small to fit our house so they had to make 2 trips. When I called to complain to tHe regional manager whom I booked the job with, he was rude, defensive and adamant that he was right and I was the incorrect one. I called all over the company to see who to complain to - and they kept referring me to him! We were very concerned that out belongings would not be safe so we shut our mouths and prayed, hoping the move-in process would be better. Well - it wasn't. AGAIN, they had to make 2 trips, since the truck they came with was too small....and they had packed our fragiles in LONG lamp boxes, stacking the plates and fragiles on top of each other....needless to say - we had many broken things. It was a NIGHTMARE experience and the manager has no business being in business.. we had no recourse and remain disgusted.
