Very expensive. Only provider in town. Much more talking than cleaning. Heard a crash in the kitchen, laughter, but when I came in a few minutes later, they said nothing happened. I couldn't find any broken pieces but something did happen. I never hired them again.

I appologize that I unintentionally made a mistake in the way I completed the form, this was my first review and for some reason couldn't cut and paste my experience into this portion of the review. I'll be better next time.
Description of Work: I used this service for approximately 2 years, which was probably 1 1/2 years too many however there were no alternatives and I was stuck, so to speak. Initially I was very pleased with both their professionalism and quality. Wait for it ... (drum roll please), then they started having personnel turnover issues so much so that they would send an entire crew in which nobody would have ever been at my house before, nobody would know my personal preferences, not even have so much as a written profile that was supposed to accompany them on each visit -- All things that were guaranteed would never happen by the owner during the 1+ hour initial visit and walk-through. I had even been told by the employees that other than my address they were given absolutely no clue of their responsibilities before arriving. Eventually the entire crew was very young, unexperienced (likely their first jobs) and obviously hated their jobs and/or getting their hands dirty and wanted to take short cuts on everything - no supervisor of any kind would accompany them or take responsibility. They spent more time chatting than working. Well pardon me for expecting someone to actually clean, I did hire cleaners. Eventually I would have to spend an inordinate amount of time each and every visit retraining them about what needed to be done and what my priorities were. Additionally, I would find things broken and hidden. Mind you, I understand that mistakes and accidents happen, but just admit them with an "I'm sorry" and it would have ended there without another word. Beware of the promises and expectations, they are quickly forgotten. Complaints go on deaf ears and they never actually tried to remedy problems. They soon acted like I was the problem and I think were probably happy when I stopped calling for service. I'm not a difficult customer, but I do expect to get what I'm promised and pay handsomely for. In fact I am very generous and would have paid more to get the job done correctly.
