Job well done

Brian came out and tried to unclog the kitchen drain. All other drains were working fine. Took three attempts with his electric snake which I give him kudos for, as third time was the charm. I was ready to give up after his second attempt (of course I wasn't doing anything but watching) but he did it a third time and it broke free, whatever it was. He then gave me advice on what I should do next and started to clean things up, but it was all my mess from me trying to un clog it for the last couple of weeks. Real nice guy and is great at answering and returning calls. Not once did I talk to a voicemail. Thanks.

All Good Plumbing is a superb business. I got immediate response from Brian, the owner. He came to my house on a Saturday to see my issue. When I decided to have him do my replacement and repair his team came within 2 days and replaced my water heater. All in all, they are quick to respond, efficient and professional.

I requested a quote through Home Advisor for a plumber near Lincoln, to have our pressure reducing valve checked due to a very high reading during a previous job. Brian at All Good Plumbing was the first to contact me and quickly provided me with the best quote and secured the parts to get the job done. He arrived 15 minutes early for our appointment and after further inspection was able to determine that no repair was needed! Just an adjustment fixed the issue. Brian was courteous, professional and didnâ t charge me for the visit or the expected repair. All said and done, I found All Good Plumbing to be a great choice. Brian is a very honest person and a talented plumber. He came to our home in Truckee to help us find a leak that was leaving standing water in the crawl space. I spent most of the summer looking for the leak and couldn't figure it out. Brian was the third professional that we hired to determine the source of the problem. The first two just shrugged their shoulders and said they didn't know. Brian evaluated the situation and determined that our water system didn't appear to be leaking but agreed that the standing water in the crawl space was not normal. He felt that is was unwise to start any work until he knew exactly what was wrong. He brought in a leak detection company that he frequently works with to see if they could determine the source of the water. The leak company confirmed that our system was not leaking as Brian had said. The conclusion was the the water was ground water likely from adjacent properties. We were so grateful that Brian helped us solve this complex problem and didn't give up on us. As a veterinarian I was appreciative that Brian insisted on testing and an exact diagnosis before he began treatment. Just like I would do. We will certainly have him back when other problems arise.

Marcus Pendley was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!! He was VERY!!!! knowledgeable, which made me so comfortable that I called the other 4 appointments that I had for that day and the next day to cancel them and I ask him to go ahead and do the work, also he was so very patient with any and all of our questions and he COMPLETELY and plainly explained to us what he needed to do and what our options were, he is genuinely Kind( I was late getting back to my home with the payment) and he did an absolute wonderful job on our water pipes. We are grateful that he got the work done for us. And also, the customer service representative that helped me set the appt was also so very attentive to my needs and truly made me feel that my pipe problem was her pipe problem. I am so very happy with and thankful for Allgood's entire team for helping us.

Brian came out to my place on short notice, within hours, and repaired my annoying running toilet. He had the part with him and had the toilet fixed in minutes. I will be using this company for future repairs. His price was awesome, too.

Was OK

Input my clogged sewer as "emergency" very late at night and was phoned at 6:30 by company. Was at my home within 3 hours, understood the problem and had my sewer running fine within 20 minutes. Charge was very reasonable. We have found a new p;lumber.
