During the construction phase of the house, we had to deal with numerous items of shoddy workmanship including (very important) 20% of the earthquake bolts that were not installed properly. This was eventually solved but only by legal threats. The upper story was not secured with earthquake straps and a tremor after the house was built created 1/4 inch cracks between the 1st and 2nd stories (which the builder did not fix). Carpet and finish work was poor to fair. Service, after the house was finished, was generally fair to good.

NEW TOWNHOUSE PURCHASED FROM LOCAL BUILDER. FINAL CONSTRUCTION DATE DELAYED. FAULT OF CITY NOT BUILDER. GOOD GENERAL CONSTRUCTION, ATTENTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HAPPY WITH HOME.
