I called on August 5. He is no longer in business.

I had a water hammer noise in the house for several years. Carey Creech correctly diagnosed a defective water pressure regulator, easily installed a new regulator and the noise was finally gone. He was pleasant, professional and punctual. His extensive experience and knowledge was very helpful in solving an annoying problem that I had not been able to remedy for years.

We scheduled an appointment for the 6:00 - 9:00 am window on a Tuesday. When scheduling the appointment we were told John would likely arrive at 6:30. By 8:00 no one had showed up or called, so I called the company. They scrambled and said that they were sending Mike out to evaluate our job. He arrived 40 minutes later looking professional and was nice. He spent the next hour evaluating our job. When he left we discovered that he had placed Valley Plumbing stickers on our boiler and other equipment. This was maddening as we did not request him to do so and his company was not hired to work for us. Eight days later we have no bid or contact from the company. I called the company today and was told that no one had written up the bid yet, but someone would get back to us. The representative said she had no excuses why this was not done and that it was not typical. All of the other companies we worked with were timely for their appointments, provided their bids within 3 days of their visit, and did not deface our property. The customer service at Valley Plumbing is lacking so I don't trust them to do the work.

I woke up to a clogged kitchen train. After checking to see if the trap under the sink was clogged it was clear to me that the sewer line from the kitchen was clogged. My usual plumber was busy and couldn't make it till tomorrow so I went on Angie's List and found Valley Plumbing. I called and Carey was able to come out that afternoon and arrived right on time. He ran his rooter through the kitchen line and the problem was taken care of. No more backed up sink. The total time to fix the problem, about a half hour. He charged me exactly what he estimated the job to be over the phone, I found him to be very courteous and left the job site clean.

I was very pleased. They are prompt and reliable. They are also very neat and caring people.

It went great. He was very professional and also a nice guy. He was able to assess the situation and remedy the problem in less than an hour. He also gave me some tips on how to keep the line clear for the future. I called him in the morning and he was able to arrive and solve the problem by late afternoon.

They also went ahead and installed a little part on the sink at no extra charge. They were very nice.

These guys are terrific! Our water heater blew out over the weekend. It was under warranty so we were able to pick a new one up on Sunday but no installation was available from the vendor (Sears). Called several plumbers on Monday morning. Carey called right back. He had the best price and was available to come out late morning. The guys arrived as promised, did the whole job quickly and professionally, cleaned everything up and it works perfectly! Nothing they could have done to make it a better experience. Will certainly use Valley Plumbing without question for all our plumbing needs and have already recommended them to others. Thanks guys!

Perfect. Two professional plumbers showed up on time and performed their jobs superbly. We will use them to install 4 toilets and a laundry room sink in the next several weeks.

Valley Plumbing responded right away when I telephoned and gave me an estimate over the phone based on what I described. I believed their pricing to be competitive and set up the appointment for repairs. The plumber arrived well within the stated time window. The plumber asked to speak with me on the phone while at work because he felt it was unnecessary to replace all the valves (trying to reduce cost). I asked that he go ahead and replace all 3 while he was there, which he did. He also checked the air vent for the dishwasher even though it wasn't part of the work order and determined that there was a problem with it and replaced it for us at a minor charge. The bill ended up coming out less than the original quote, even with the extra material for the dishwasher. The work was done quickly and neatly. I would definitely recommend Valley Plumbing to others. By the way, they also have a retail store for major name brand products.

It went very well! He was very nice and professional. He was competent and he understood everything. He fixed the problem.

Another plumber had just done extensive work in our bathroom, but when he was done, the sink faucet was leaking, and he said he couldn't figure out how to fix it. So, I decided it was time for another plumber. I called Valley Plumbing (Carey), and he did a great job. He arrived at my house within an hour of my call. He spent about 20 minutes repositioning the handles and fixing the leak. He was courteous and professional. I would hire him again.

He did a wonderful job. His a nice guy who is very honest, heartfelt, and truly knows what he is doing.

They were well priced but it took them a while to figure out what to do right. Once they properly diagnosed the issue they were okay but I think it took them too long to figure out what was going on. They were very good about keeping me in the loop and trying to accommodate my schedule.

I will always try to use Valley Plumbing first. They even clean up after fixing the problem (because let me tell you, the tub was yucky!. They are able to be very flexible with their scheduling. Fast and Efficient.

Kerry of Valley Plumbing has been my father and mother's plumber for years. My father died last year and my mother slipped in the tub this year and had to go into rehab. While she was there, Kerry remodelded the bathroom by taking out the tub, putting in a walk-in shower with a seat, installing a higher toliet, a garbage disposal in the kitchen and fixing the kitchen faucet (which only needed a minor adjustment which he did for free). Since Kerry knew my parents it was like having a family member do the work. When the shower insert company sent him a more expensive shower insert than he had ordered, he made them take it back and give us the one which my mother could afford. He accidentally purchased a toilet which was not high enough and he took it back and got the correct one for us. In such a stressful time, it was wonderful to have someone you could trust and who would go the extra mile for you. He also hooked us up with the flooring person and carpenter to do the other needed work on the house. I was pleased with both of them.

They are very good. He recommended that I have a service contract and when my furnace went out he also turned out to be also very good. He has come out and stuck on things for me without charging me and has been very good. I spent about $800 when he installed the water heater for me. I really like him a lot and think that he was very responsive as well.

They were very prompt and professional. They took care of the problem quickly, they went above and beyond to show me how to shut off the water and gas if there is ever an emergency.

It was a minor repair on the pipes. He was very professional and came on time. He knew what he was doing and did a good job. It was a little bit pricey. It's nice that they came when they said they would.
