+ -1 moreI called their 24 hour emergency line on a Saturday evening and was told a technician would call me right back. The technician never called me back. I finally ahd to get another service to come out and clean my drain.

+ -1 moreThey were very careful and were able to change the handle out. We called them and they came out the next day. They were fine. I have bought things there before. They are a showroom as well. The people there are very knowledgeable. It seemed a little high on their hourly charge, plus they have a sub-charge.

+ 0 moreThey are not the cheapest but their quality is outstanding. They are very quick to respond. We would definitely use them again. They did a fantastic job on both jobs. They covered our carpet with plastic so as not to get it dirty. The job site was cleaned at the end of every day.
Description of Work: We used Steve Silva Plumbing for a bathroom remodel and a sewer line replacement.

+ -1 moreThe water heater is still perking along. His people arrived on time, did what they were supposed to do and cleaned up when they left. They reinstalled the blanket. There have not been any problems or leaks.
