However, as I began to escort them to the work site. One of the technicians began to work on the working air conditioning unit at the other end of the duplex. The refrigerant began spewing into the air. They repaired the damage, then added the wrong refrigerant to the unit without my permission.

When first getting the estimate, George, the owner came by and impressed us with his manner and professionalism. We decided to go with him after talking to a few different companies. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the work performed. The whole job took 2 days because 5 guys worked on it! The vents were cut in pretty neatly and they sheet rocked and trimmed the attic openings that were enlarged. Our house was spotless when they left since they vacuum and pick up after themselves. The employees were all personable and polite. What could have been a nightmare due to the mess of cutting holes in the ceiling was completely painless. You won't be sorry if you need a new unit or your old one serviced when you hire this company.
