Examined the HVAC but could not figure out where vibration was coming from. Suggested doing nothing and getting used to it or to do a pretty expensive repair with no guarantee it would help. I was disappointed by the lack of options to repair and the lack of experience with these kinds of problems, They seemed honest but not experienced enough.
Description of Work: Checked HVAC to determine reason for loud vibration inside the house.

Our company is located in Vallejo, Sonoma isn't normally in our service area, so I would like to make sure that it was our company that came out. We have straight forward pricing on our invoices and $95. isn't one of the pricing levels we offer. We have a computer scheduling program which I was able to check for the date in question and we did not travel to Sonoma for any service appointments. This address does not show up in our database.
