Philip Snyder is the owner and hands-on operator of PS Woodworking. Philip started working professionally with wood in 1987 and is a true "Craftsman" as he is meticulous and methodical in creating what he describes as "functional art". In most cases initial consultations are free. Although Philip is a licensed insured & bonded contractor he does not sub-out work but will offer referrals when requested.

As well as custom fabrication &/or installation of fine finish & trim carpentry items such as armoires, bars, closets, coffered ceilings, crown & all moldings, doors, fireplace mantles, gates, hutches, kitchens, libraries, paneling, pantries, shutters, wainscoting, windows, wine cabinets and more......

Description of Work: Went excellent Did baseboards, crown molding, new fireplace mantel. Highly recommend Philip he is a true craftsmen, very accommodating and takes pride in his work.

Philip does beautiful work and takes a lot a pride in his craft. He was easy to work with and timely in his communications. He even went "above and beyond" and found friends to help us move the countertop to our house. We enjoyed working with him so much we hired him to install our cabinets and trim work to complete our renovation.
Description of Work: Philip built a custom maple countertop for our kitchen island.
