+ -1 moreThe owner was not friendly. He brought in heavy equipment and dug up shrubs and a huge hole...which we never authorized...we only authorized him pumping the tank. He left all the shrubs he dug up in the carport for us to dispose of...he would not do it. He showed up at our property manager's office and wanted to know when he could start the job. He was very pushy and not a pleasant or friendly man.
Description of Work: Septic tank needed pumping out and we wanted a bid fixing the septic/leach line potential problems

+ 0 moreThe whole experience was very pleasant. The crew was very helpful, punctual and polite. The work was excellent and very well priced. The price saved us quire a bit over what a competitor quoted us. Pand R went over and above what we expected.
Description of Work: Filled in old septic tank and dug new hole and installed new septic tank and new leach lines.

+ -1 moreThe entire experience was very pleasant. The crew was very helpful, punctual, and polite. The work was excellent, and the clean up was also excellent. They went over and above what was expected. The price was quite a bit less expensive than a competitor.
Description of Work: Installed septic tank and new leach lines. The old septic tank was broken up and filled in. New hole dug and larger tank installed. New leach lines were dug and installed with an auxiliary line specifically for tree roots.
