Larson Bros Painting

Larson Brothers Painting did an excellent job transforming our old 1980's era oak cabinets in the kitchen and powder room into bright new cabinets. Project manager John O'Neill, as well as the team , Alex and Matthew , did a very professional job. We knew the painting of cabinets would be a labor intensive job requiring attention to detail, and we were very impressed with the outcome. Also, the communication was always informative, and they were very pleasant to work with. They also took care to contain and clean up work related dust etc, which was appreciated. This was my second experience hiring the Larson Brothers. Previously they did interior painting with equally excellent results. As with all professional, there is some scheduling involved , since great professionals are in demand. My husband and I give them the highest recommendation! This painting project occurred in our house in Napa.

I was very impressed by the Larson Brother's painters. They did an excellent job patching and painting around the interior of our Novato home. They also finished ahead of schedule! Larson Brothers Painting did an excellent job on our house exterior. They are very professional, strong communicators, and easy to work with. The company provided regular management oversight and onsite crew leadership. Workers were friendly, efficient and meticulous. They were always focused on customer satisfaction. Everything went extremely smooth from the initial contact, estimate, questions answered to and including the completed job. The crew was courteous and professional at all times. Excellent experience with Larson Bros Painting. We hired them to paint the exterior of our two-story stucco house. The entire painting experience was smooth from the initial estimate to the final walk around. The Larson Bros staff were very friendly and communicated every step of the process. It was very apparent that they take pride in their work and care about the customer. This being our first painting project, we had five other estimates but ultimately chose Larson Bros due to their solid reputation and quality work. We are thrilled with our paint job from Larson Brothers, it looks fantastic. They did the exterior to our home for a reasonable price, worked around our schedule and were great on communication. Our home had a lot of detail work and the guys did an exceptional job. They were polite and cleaned up at the end of each day and were extremely thorough with touch-ups and clean-up when the job was done. We plan to use them again for any painting needs that come up.

You definitely get what you pay for when it comes to an exterior paint job on your home. Larson Brothers admits they’re on the high side w/price, but the quality & professionalism is worth every penny! Our historic home really is beautiful & is definitely protected for easily another 20+ years! Our crew worked tirelessly for 2 weeks & definitely treated our home as if it were their own.

We had a very good experience working with this team from Jesse coming for a bid to John oversee the job. Alex, Cesar and James were a joy to work with and arrived when they said and there work was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for some painting work.

Larson Brothers did a full re-paint of our house, outside and inside, in north Napa. Every one of their people, from Sam in sales, to Toby in customer experience, to John the crew chief, and the guys who did the work, Alex, Caesar, and Victor, were all very competent, polite, concerned to meet our needs and get things right. We have been very happy with their work, and the whole process. We would use them again without hesitation.

These guys truly standout in terms of quality of their work, as well as customer service. Their responsiveness is legendary. We loved the team we worked with -- John (overall Project Manager) and Alex (in charge of cabinet repainting). Calls were returned within minutes. At NO POINT in the project we felt that we were misinformed or taken advantage of. They work like a well-oiled machine from Sam (Sales), to Toby (Customer/Front end guy), to John (Field). Everybody knows what everybody else is doing. Everybody is always in the loop. Things do not fall through the cracks. With respect to quality of work. Both the cabinets and the walls were repainted (superb). I was not 100% satisfied with the lines between the cabinets and the walls -- but I am a perfectionist living in an imperfect world. Still, I would hire these guys in a heartbeat again.

First time having a house exterior painted. Quite an experience. Sam came out and walked me thru the project and gave me a estimate. I had many questions, but thru emails, text and phone they were all very patiently answered. Once the job was started John kept me informed every step of the way. The painting crew was very efficient and hard working. On the final walk thru I found several issues. John sent a painter who made all the final touch ups and more. Very happy with the job, and yes I would have Larson Bros Painting again.

Larson bros painted our neighbors house and we liked the job they did, so when we decided to paint our house we contacted them. They were great. They listened to what we wanted and were very responsive. The painting crew was just great. They were so thorough and professional and checked in frequently to make sure we were happy with what they were doing. I couldn’t be happier with the job they did.

The makeover is amazing, the price was right and the process was painless. Everything from scheduling the estimate with Sam, the project timing with Toby, the FREE color consult and the day to day experience with John, Alex and Oneous was professional and hassle free. Not just professional, but pleasant. Painting the cabinets is a multi-step process that was clearly outlined and calendared to fit my timeline. The guys were polite, punctual, clean, courteous and personable. And they got the project done ahead of schedule, too! A great experience all around and the results are just as impressive.

You will not find a better or more professional painting company than Larson! This is what I was told by several people prior to contacting and hiring them for our interior and exterior paint job on our new house, and now I know why. Toby was extremely responsive and helpful, as was Sam. When Sam came to do the estimates, we had so many questions for him, and he was extraordinarily patient and thorough. His whole crew is the epitome of professionalism, and their customer service is beyond compare. They responded to all e-mails and phone calls quickly; updated our estimates multiple times (as we added on additional jobs); were very patient with our constant color scheme changes; and, most importantly, did an exceptional job. Francisco and his crew were incredible, and their job was thorough, flawless, and better than I ever could have expected. Wow! This is truly a professional company that is a pleasure to do business with! From the first meeting with Sam Larson to meeting color consultant Julie Crawford and Kelly Moore rep Ken Davis and then the crew leader John O'Neill and his men, this was a top notch experience. John and his team of Milton, Dennis, and Juan where very respectful, capable, and hard-working and simply were a pleasure to be around. We received a clear, timely, and accurate estimate going in, and the end result of the work is excellent, both in workmanship and aesthetics. Thank you, Larson Brothers, for a job well done!

Oscar and his team were outstanding. Did an excellent job and was well worth the money we paid. Our home exterior was in bad shape last painted 20 years prior. Larson Bros sanded and prepped everything and did an outstanding job. Highly recommend this family owned company.

The work and services were outstanding

We had run a business in the Napa Valley for many years and we have dealt with various type of contractors, painters, construction, plumbers, you name it. This is by far the best we have EVER HIRED. It is so wonderful to deal with a company that keeps their word. Getting the work done on time, meeting all of our expectations. They hire only the best professional team members for the customers to deal with. Polite, respectful and courteous. Truly a great experience. Everyone we dealt with from the first phone call, to their managers coming to our home, to meeting their job manager and their team members. Very professional and courteous team. We needed a quick turn around since we were hosting a party the following week. Sam came in Thursday to give us an estimate. The price was very competitive so we contracted with them right away. The team showed up on Monday and started the prep work. All floors and furniture were covered and they painted the ceilings, followed by walls and then trim. The work was top notch all the way and when they finished the cleanup was very thorough. We are very happy with the results and will definitely hire Larson Bros for all our painting needs in the future.

My wife and I were very satisfied with the Interior Paint job we had done at our recently purchased home. The crew was extremely professional, helpful, and understanding throughout the entire process. Larson Brothers completed the job per original expectations, and at the cost that was agreed to. We were pleased with the quality of the work on the Interior walls, ceiling, door frames and base boards. The Kitchen, Butler and Living Room cabinetry looks very nice.

I am very pleased with the outcome. Our house looks great. Beginning to finish, from the free estimate with Sam, to setting up project dates with the project coordinator Toby, and the quality and detailed work of the painters Raul, Joel, and Jose, they were all excellent to work with. The project was completed in a timely manner and they touched base with me frequently to make sure everything was done satisfactory.

Very well. Office is responsive, workers were on time and on task, polite and professional. Good clean-up, too.

They were exceptional! Everyone from estimator to crew leader to members of the crew was professional and they gave great customer service.

It took a couple of tries for Larson Brothers Painting to get the job done right, but in the end, they prevailed. The painters are all very nice and good at what they do. My house looks much better!
