It was a long process trying to find a home we loved at our price range but Elizabeth was amazing, she was very on top of when any new houses came on the market to get us in to see them asap and even though the buying process is scary and intimidating she made it very simple for us and even helped us with communicating with our lender. We have 2 kids and she made sure whenever we met with her they had stuff to color and helped us keep them entertained while we went through the paperwork we needed and just really went above and beyond for us even though we were just normal people with not a very big budget she did everything possible to make our dreams come true and was excellent at negotiating with the other realtor to get everything we wanted. I would highly recommend her to all of my closest friends and family and will continue to use her in the future for all of our reality needs. She has even called to check on us several times since buying just to check in and see how everything is going and make sure we are still happy!

It was relatively easy, thanks to Elizabeth Olcott's ability and integrity. She helped me find a good mortgage broker, she negotiated the price, she made great suggestions for what needed to be done to the house I was buying, and she made sure there were no surprises that would be discovered after the sale. The house purchase with Elizabeth was a wonderful experience. We were looking to buy remotely in Napa, while still being based out of Los Angeles. She took us around to look at properties, and was more than adept at understanding our needs. Within a single weekend, she was able to find what is now our new home. Not only did Elizabeth make the purchase seamless and under our budget, she also took full ownership of the property inspection process, pest control treatments and all related tasks, since we were from out of town. She kept us appraised every step of the way, so we never felt out of touch. We had never made a non-local house purchase before, but to this day, three years later, we absolutely love living in this house. There haven't been any problems and Elizabeth routinely keeps in touch with us to see how things are going. I often contact Elizabeth about recommendations for local services and she is always responsive and has great advice to offer. She is a charming person, a pleasure to be around and to do business with.
