Our water heater ended its life by leaking all over our basement. We opted for a quick fix replacement, but the new size heaters didn't fit in our old house. All Star helped us make the decision to invest in a Rinnai tankless water heater without pushing a hard sell. They installed it over three days, but were careful to make sure we weren't without hot water for the duration. With the gvmt. rebate for this water heater the final cost will be half what we paid.
Description of Work: They removed old water heater. Installed new tankless water system, installed electrical outlets and installed new gas pipe to tankless heater.

During the first visit, the leak under sink was fixed and I received an estimate for the pipe job. The water in front of the sink then appeared again as soon as they left. I called and they came out 2 days later and said they fixed it. Again, water appeared after they left. (Keep in mind I was charged both visits). They came out a third time, a fourth time and the issue still was not resolved. For the fifth time they came out and discovered there was a problem with hose between the dishwasher and the sink this visit was $370 to repair. In the meantime, I had already contracted with the company to replace 20 ft. of sewer pipe. They did do and finish the job, however during the process that broke a statue in my yard, broke a sprinkler head and left chunks of cement in my back yard. What was left of the unused cement, they dumped in a planter box in my front yard. I called the office and they said they would come back out. They did not show for a week. I called the owner (felt that he seemed a bit hostile) and he said he would come back out. When he returned he was very rude. He did remove the cement and glued the statue. We did have a clean up clause in contract so this should have been taken care of in the first place.
Description of Work: There were 2 problems that the company came to repair. The first issue involved water on the floor in front of the kitchen sink. The second job included some outdoor sewer pipes to be needed to be replaced.

I would call this company pretty average. I would not use them again however. They were supposed to get back to me on more than one occasion and failed to do that. As a result, I lost so much time and money. I had paid on credit cards too. I think they are just average, but it would have helped me considerably if they were more responsive to my needs.
Description of Work: All Star put copper piping in my 2000 square foot home after the ceiling fell in. They removed the old pipes, which were not copper and put new copper ones in.

I was very unhappy with ALL STAR Plumbing's inability to do the job right the first time. The store manager was no help and stated "these things happen". Very poor customer service. Avoid this company at all costs.
Description of Work: It took two Inexperienced plumbers three hours to install a shower valve upside down. It took another two hours to re-install the valve right side up.

I was not very pleased. The shower pan was not installed correctly. I am handicapped woman, and there are certain things I need. If I hire a company I expect them to do the job correctly. I felt I was taken advantage of. The new tray I wanted put in was all wrong and I still have not gotten it fixed. It was a waste of money.
Description of Work: I had a hot water tank and shower pan put in.
