We had the water softener installed 2 years ago and it’s working great. No issues till date and I do not expect to see any. Service and installation was of high quality and timely.

Terry and his crew did a great job explaining water treatment systems to us. They put our system in over 2 years ago and the installation was prompt and professional. Several times over the past 2 years I have had questions and reached out to Terry. He is always timely and thorough with the information he provides. Terry makes sure my questions are answered and he can do this because he is so knowledgeable. This was never a sell, install and forget. The installer was professional and did a clean job. He took a lot of pride in his work. I’ve only has my system for 8 months, l can say my skin is much softer and l don’t itch anymore. So far it’s a great product.

I discovered Living Water while searching for a local company to install a soft water system in my home. The first impression was a phone call from the owner of the company, Terry. I was surprised at how quickly the response was. Our first meeting I believe was that evening. He was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough in his explanation of the processes of the system, how it will be installed and in his answers to my all question. I spoke to two additional companies before making the decision to go with Living Water. The crew that came to install the system was very professional and Terry even showed up to check on the progress. The whole installation went very smoothly and only took a day to complete, after which everything was working perfectly. After the system was installed, there was an issue with a cracked elbow joint. This was an unavoidable incident due to a faulty elbow in the water line between the system and the water source. No one was to blame; it was simply a defective part or as they say “s*^t happens”. Again, the response was immediate and extremely professional. Terry took care of everything; the faulty part was replaced with an upgraded part which is now the standard in all of his installations along with additional installation precautions. This type of response and proactive implementation of an improved installation process is the sign of a true professional who believes in his product and cares deeply for his customers. I highly recommend Terry and his Living Water Company to anyone who’s is looking to install a water softener system in the home.
