Description of Work: Replaced leaking shower pipes. Repaired damage to floor and wall from leak. Installed new tub/shower surround. Work was performed as promised. Team sent to do work is always courteous, and considerate. They are quick and clean and always leave quality work behind. Main office always checks back within a day or two to make sure work was performed to my satisfaction. I have used West Coast for several huge projects in the last year and have always been completely satisfied. I recommend them for anyone looking for a good mobile home improvement company.

Description of Work: This provider does Mobile home updates and repairs. I called them for a quote on a stick built garage in the area of $100,000.00. We were led along as if West Coast was going to do the job until a person called us (personally) looking for money. He had not been paid ( by West Coast) and was the person hired ( as a sub contractor) by West Coast to build our garage. So West Coast was subbing out the whole garage project because (i believe) They are not qualified to build a stick assy.

Description of Work: In 2013 I needed a sliding glass door put in. They said extra work needed to be done in order to install this particular door I wanted. The price was too high. I found another company to do the job that didn't need to make any other alterations.

Description of Work: Replaced shingled roof on mobile home.

Description of Work: We were provided with detailed information about the job and the company, feel we were given a fair price and the job was done shortly after we signed the contract. It started off well. The workers came to add some more supports underneath the home as well as fix some leaks in the sunroom roof. Right after they left I called the company to let them know there were areas of mastic left on my front porch carpet, the railing, as well as tracked into my home on my floor and a couple areas on the interior carpet. They sent Ron out to have a look. He cleaned up the wood floor and said they'd get someone out to take care of the rest. In the meantime, it rained and the roof that was worked on not only leaked in a couple of the original areas, but a couple other new ones. It took almost 3 weeks after the original work to have these things addressed. I was happy with Walter who came out to clean up the sticky mastic and fix the roof. It's rained since, and so far so good. I'd like to give them an A, but the work wasn't done properly in the first place and they left us hanging for too long without taking care of the mastic mess. I would give them another try, however, since I'm happy with the result.

Description of Work: re leveling of mobile home; repairing & bringing up-to-code problems under mobile.

Description of Work: Poured concrete patio , built lattice box to hide unsightly mechanical parts, installed outdoor light and electrical outlet. They were on time and cleaned up afterwards. Jobs well done!

Description of Work: I had called them for a re-level of my mobile home. I ended up paying 2-3 thousand dollars more than I had expected. I got talked into upgrading and adding several things. They are supposed to come out after a year to check and see how things are. I hope they do because the home is still not level. The other issues hopefully have been addressed. I had wanted to call them several months ago to come back out and check it again, but due to my mom being ill, I haven't had the opportunity to call them yet. | |They were very pleasant to deal with and polite, but I didn't like it that they sold me additional services, some of which (I feel) weren't really necessary. 1/2/15: After speaking with this company, all the problems were resolved, and they took care of the issues that needed to be rectified. They also did extra work for me.

Description of Work: We have a modular home. They replaced all of the jacks supporting the house. They arrived on time and went right to work. Clean up was done well and they even cut out a few tree roots that were growing under the house. I like the services received and would recommend them.

Description of Work: Joe discussed separation of the sections of my home with me and recommended a course of action which includes getting multiple bids on the work that needs to be done to address this issue. He also discussed load bearing walls with me and answered some important questions about an upcoming remodel. I will be scheduling a formal appoint for estimates for the cost of the work I need done. Joe was very professional and answered all my questions knowledgeably.

Description of Work: The company replaced all the water pipes under our modular home. They did it very quickly and efficiently. Only problem was they switched the hot and cold pipes when they hooked up our washer but my husband was able to change them back. Otherwise we are very happy with the result.

Description of Work: In the past west coast mobile Home Improvement hs helped with leveling the mobile, they re-plumbed and this last May they painted the exterior. So far I have no complaints at all. The people they sent were very professional, efficient. helpful and pleasant. They did not waste time while performing the work and they cleaned up behind themselves.

Description of Work: I bought a manufactured house several months ago and West Coast Mobile Home Improvement did the foundation work and also the heating and air conditioning. They also put a roof on for us.
