Description of Work: I can not begin to tell you how super duper great this company is....I called them at 4:30pm on a very hot day. Ended up talking to the owner of the company. I said I have a pair of neighbors who are eldery, and have now been without AC for two days, we had a black out yesterday, and now today the AC is not running at atll. I said these folks are in their 80's and are diabetics....can you help...He said I was on my way home I will be there in 15 minutes. And guess what he arrived !!!!....it ended up the electrical panel was fried....he called his electirican.....and they are still there working on the problem getting it fixed.....it is a hot August summer day, temps hitting 100....but someone cared and came out when called in stead of saying a week from Tuesday..... I will call this company every time.

Description of Work: a/c did not blow out any air the company wc changed the motor. the service man was very professional. they tried to help me over the phone with the ac before coming out i found that refreshing to offer help without a charge.

No more problems.
Description of Work: Rats! Rats had eaten through some of our furnace condenser rubber pipes in the attic which resulted in a leaky ceiling. Not only did they replace the rubber pipes, but Christian formulated a wire cage around each so it wouldln't happen again.
