All went well. The technician was very professional and personable. It took him less time than the maximum he indicated. He provided detailed written documentation of what he did and reviewed it verbally with me. WeCare is a great company to do business with.

Great experience from start to finish. Setting up the appointment was very easy - they called the day before to confirm and then on the day of visit also. The technician - David - was extremely helpful and explained everything that he was going to do - and then provided pictures of what he found (so I did not need to crawl into the attic to see). He also provided a complete breakdown of how our heater was performing and what to expect in the future. He pointed out some places where we may need repairs in the future - and provided a quote - but no hard sell. Would gladly use this company in the future.

I was happy to find a company to come look at my slightly leaking AC unit on a Sunday for the $69.00 special. However, instead of trying to set up the appointment, I got a 20 minute membership sales pitch. Basically telling me that the service call didn't really cover anything. I was told I should forget the Angies list tune up special and agree to become a member of the "We Care company". the customer service rep basically told me if I signed up today, they would be able to get out to fix my AC today, if not she would have to look at schedule. finally pinning her down ...they wanted $153 to become a member, which includes a slight discount on work done and same day appointments. When I told her that I would like to stay with the ^69.00 special, I was told there suddenly was no appointments available until mid afternoon on Monday. the ^69 price for tune up was a little higher then most companies, but worth it if they could come out on Sunday. Clearly they don't really want to work for customers who don't fall for their sells pitch, so I told them "NO thanks"....perhaps they should not advertise on Angie's list with this attitude...

Our initial contact with We Care after getting approved with HERO financing was efficient and easy...the rep, Brian Carr, came to our house quite quickly and spent a good deal of time taking measurements and inspecting our home. He was very attentive to detail, and went over ALL our options for what we were asking. He did not try to "upsell" us on anything outrageous, and was very honest in letting us know that we could keep our existing furnace and part of our existing A/C equipment. He was very friendly and professional, and was able to get us an installation date quickly (since it was 100 degrees plus every day, and we had been without A/C for a MONTH!). We Care stayed in touch with us through the whole process, and our documents were emailed very quickly. We were able to e-sign them and get processed with ease. Brian also called an checked in with us frequently to make sure everything was going smoothly. The day of installation, the installers showed up early, introduced themselves, and took great precaution not to soil our floors as they worked. It was a burning hot 105 degree day when they installed, but they did not complain at all! It took approximately 8 hours to finish everything, and they were very polite and informative. After installation, they went over all the equipment and showed us how to work each item properly, and how to do lite routine maintenance. They also informed us that we would have the first year's maintenance included in the package. We were informed a state inspection would take place and that we would receive a phone call from We Care to schedule that (we did - on October 17). Everything was perfect and professional from start to finish, and we received all our signed documents and passed state inspection with flying colors (inspector complimented them on their work and the A/C unit that was chosen). We could not be happier with our new system, and with our experience with WeCare. They were not the cheapest, but they were definitely the BEST...and you get what you pay for! I highly recommend them and am considering further work with them soon.

Dewey arrived promptly at the time expected (it was a same day apt). He was very pleasant and got right to the problem. He explained some options I could be interested in--but not sales pressure!

It couldn't be better. They are excellent. They are the only company that the Costco in Temecula, CA uses. They are very professional, and friendly.

The other day I had my first year AC tune-up. We had We Care install a whole house water filtration system (Halo) and a complete HVAC system last summer. They have been very attentive, responsive and great to work with whenever I call them. I highly recommend this company!

The installers were prompt and went about their business in a most professional manner from start to finish. For the unit we purchased it was reasonably priced.

Sent out a low key salesperson - very nice. Did not need or want financing under the Hero Program The bid came in at $15,000 for a system that should cost less than half that amount. Buyer beware : Lennox may be a Mercedes Benz of Hvac systems but you're paying for the name. Furthermore, the installer needs to jump thru hoops to qualify for the Hero financing and you are the one paying for those efforts.

Workers arrived right on time, 4 of them, and they completed what I thought would be a 2 day job in one.

From the moment I got the "What can I do to make your day better?" from Tolanda the receptionist to the exemplary attention to detail I received from servicing technician Jeff Runnells. We Care put it's best foot forward with me! I would definitely recommend their service! Excellent attitudes, service and integrity.

They were excellent. They have this energy efficient feature that's called HERO. It's a way to finance getting new air conditioning into your house without issuing an armor lake along with it. They did it all in one day and we were amazed. They took down all the old ducting which was really old. We were really satisfied. They were really clean and with the asbestos and everything, and they were able to get rid of all of the asbestos and all that stuff that we had up in the attic without spreading it around. They did a really good job and they were reasonable. They weren't our lowest bid that we had. I always get three bids whenever I have anything done. They were in the middle, but I like the way that they had presented the HERO program and how they presented the whole program itself. I would highly recommend them.

They took before and after pictures to illustrate how clean they were able to get the ducts, which was great. They made a lot of good suggestions on what I can do, and what I can add to my system to keep the dust and dander down. They also do regular maintenance on my HV and AC system. They installed new furnaces and AC systems a few years ago. They're very courteous and very knowledgeable and i would recommend them to anyone.

The crew (Geno, Chris T., Van and Brandon) showed up on time, got right to work, and put in two very long days in order to finish. The crew worked very well together, were professional and cleaned up after themselves each day. They uncovered deficiencies in work completed prior to our owning the home in the existing electrical systems that were fire hazards and were able to correct those deficiencies, bringing them up to code. Along with the two exterior units, the crew replaced the entire ducting system and added a new air outlet in the kitchen and a walk-in closet. They never were heard complaining or whining, and were always willing to answer homeowners' stupid questions. The "B" in pricing reflects a slightly higher cost than other quotes, but the service provided so far has been worth it. We actually visited the business and were given a tour; our "guide" introduced us to the owner, service manager, and several other employees. All were happy to answer questions and talk about the business and its rapid growth. We would not hesitate to use the company again.

My old units still worked, so it was a tough decision, but to keep the house up to date and I didn't want to get stuck in the middle of heat wave in summer or chilly cold in winter without them. I met 6 different employees of the company during the process from the beginning through the end. They were all personable and ready to answer any questions. I always felt welcomed to ask questions. Geno and Brando were my installers and they had a very long day for installation. The did great work and kept the place so clean and neat. Couldn't have been happier. Excited about having the new equipment and the difference they will make. Thank you to We Care!

They had to relocated the A/C units to the other side of the house due to the increased size of the high efficiency units. I used them at my last house and they provide very competitive pricing are true professionals in every aspect from quote to installation and follow up. The crew was on time and very professional. They had a large crew in order to do the full installation in one day. i would recommend W/C to anyone needing any type of plumbing or HVAC service or installation. They are a top notch company.

From beginning sales visit to the actual installation, it was an extremely positive experience. Everyone was very friendly, polite and very professional. The installing technicians were very neat, always wearing booties and using drop cloths to cover all working spaces. The finished result was a system up and running flawlessly. They were wonderful, making sure that we understood how all features functioned before leaving our home.

He then designed a complete Lennox Signature system for us that was competitively priced and matched both our home?s requirements and our needs. We replaced our existing air conditioning, furnace, and ducting. We also added a home air purification system and an air scrubber. The installation team was punctual, courteous, and hard working. They were always careful not to damage the home, made a minimal mess, and cleaned up before leaving on each of the two days. We felt comfortable with them in our home. They were organized and focused. A subsequent audit of our new system showed it to be competently installed. We are very pleased with the operation of our new system. It is easy to use and very quiet. It maintains an even temperature whether automatically cooling or heating. The inside air smells fresher and cleaner.
