We Care- Murrieta, Ca. quoted $750.00. Another highly rated Angie's List Plumber in Murrieta, Ca. did the same work for $225.00. We will never use We Care- Murrieta, Ca. under any circumstances.

Very unhappy with the salesman follow through BUT the company was wonderful. They completed their job in a timely manner and most importantly cleaned up after themselves.

They came by for estimates but the price was too high, so I didn't go with this company

The technician arrived on time. He was very polite, installed the unit and thermostat. He explained everything thoroughly and always covered his shoes when in my house. He was very efficient.

My original service appointment was cancelled which upset me, however Maritssa contacted me and reinstated my appointment and made it happen. Originally I gave We Care an "F" rating because of their poor customer service scheduling policy and poor response when I tried contacting them to have it fixed. See my original review below. Original Review: Grade "F" The day before our agreed scheduled service appointment (5-6-17), I get a voicemail stating that due to other high volume of emergency calls due to heat, my service call was cancelled and will have to be rescheduled. Here is where WeCare didn't care. I responded to the voicemail message and the phone operator answered and said "How can I make you smile", that was funny because I wasn't happy with WeCare. After looking up my account he stated that I had to reschedule because I was removed from the service list because other more important customers needed service first. I guess my $89.00 wasn't enough, since they could make bigger dollars on larger repair jobs. I told them to cancel my service call and I would just go and use some other responsible company that I can trust and will truly care. All I kept hearing from the WeCare phone representative was "I'm sorry". That is true, WeCare is a "SORRY" company. I will continue to warn everyone else on social media about the poor work ethic practice WeCare provided us. I wouldn't want anyone else to experience this POOR service. Also, I'm sure a WeCare representative will respond to this post and tell me "How sorry they are". Hopefully the WeCare company owner will respond and acknowledge the poor service his company is providing. Description of work: Responded to a post card and Hero mailer from WeCare. Called and scheduled an appointment to have our central heater and air conditioning unit serviced and some other issue we were having. I also made a separate call to request a price quote to replace the units under the Hero program if needed and was told it would all happen during our serviced schedule. The dispatcher assigned us a date two weeks out from when I called.

The advisor, Ed Smith, was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He made a great presentation and worked with what we wanted which is why we chose We Care. The installation team, Gerson, Felipe, and Carlos, was right on time. They introduced themselves, explained what they would be doing and got started. They also were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They did a great job making sure they protected my carpet and furniture and they also did a great clean up every day.

The problems were diagnosed and resolved.

They check the water heater and then look under all the sinks and faucets to check those connections for leaks and stuff. They also check our heating and a/c. We pay a monthly plan.

They were a pleasure to work with and did a wonderful job.

Gustavo, Kenny and Michael just left after installing our new Lennox HVAC system. They did a superb job. Done in one day and neat and clean. System runs wonderfully. They worked so hard and so compatibly. They really are a team. Attic lay out is very precise and neat. We are extraordinarily pleased with the system (so quiet) and most especially the job they did. We've had other systems installed and this was by far the best experience we have ever had.

Alex did a great job of evaluating and determining cause of problem and then offering solutions to repair.

Their price isnt as extreme as what I have seen. They are polite, professional and leave the area nice and clean. I will continue to use them.

We Care Plumbing and Heating did an awesome job, meeting or exceeding all of my expectations. This is the second system I have had installed by We Care. I used them in the home my family lived in at Temecula about 2.5 years ago. We moved to our current home in Murrieta and our furnace system that came with the house failed. I decided to use We Care and the Hero program again because I like that the cost of upgrading to a new system is tax deductible as HERO attaches the cost to property taxes. From Ozzie, who helped us decide which system would be the best choice for us, (we ended up choosing the Platinum package), to the installation pros who installed the system, Luis, Gerson, Eric and Abel, (the very next day after we made the decision to purchase!), the We Care people we dealt with treated us professionally and gave us outstanding service. I would recommend We Care anyone needing similar services or any other heating or plumbing needs. I felt like I was treated like family and will be sure to call We Care again anytime I need Plumbing, Heating or AC services. My family loves toves the new system. We can hardly hear it running and it uses far less energy than my previous system used to heat the home. Can't wait to try out the AC this summer. We Care has a maintenance service for 12.75 per month which covers several yearly visits to check up on all the plumbing, heating and AC needs for preventative maintenance. I use this on my home and rental home and highly recommend! Saves money and headaches in the long run.

They claimed their deal didn't cover landscape drains. There was no exclusion in their offer.

I found them through Angie's List to do a routine annual flush of a tankless water heater. Melvin was the technician and he was on time, professional and worked quickly. He offered some suggestions without being pushy or feeling like I was getting a sales pitch, which I appreciated. A day after this appointment my kitchen sink started making a weird sputtering when the hot water was run. I'm no plumber but the timing seemed suspicious and I wondered if it was related to the water heater flush that was just done. I called them back and a repeat visit was scheduled for a few days later. Melvin once again showed up, on time, and within 20 minutes discovered it was due to a bit of sediment that was loosened during the water heater flush so he took care of the problem for no charge. They could have easily found some reason to stick me with the charge for a 2nd house call but based on their great handling of the follow-up issue I'll definitely recommend and use them again.

Addressed the problem by installing a gate to help direct more cooling air into the room that was not receiving enough air flow.

I had an AC unit that was not cooling the house. I selected We Care using an offer on Angie's list. The professional and knowledgeable technician Ozzy Vera indicated my 20 year old unit was leaking Freon and had virtually none left. Based on his costs to detect the location of leak and to refill Freon at a ridiculous cost (all vendors), plus lack of efficiency of original unit, I opted to replace the entire HVAC system and added additional ducting for efficiency. Used the 5-year HERO financing option which added some interest but tax deductible value. Purchased a Lennox system that came with an I-comfort thermostat with online app. While this is a top-notch system, it is more expensive that I anticipated.. The installation team of 2 were here all day and completed full installation in a professional, clean, friendly, unobtrusive manner. City inspector had a couple minor deficiencies and We Care returned and corrected in an hour. The technician even took the time to warn of and show me a significant roof leak that was occurring in the attic. Impressed most with the response, knowledge, politeness, and overall professionalism of the We Care company.

Everything he did was beautiful, it just was overcharged. Because it was overpriced I would give them an 'F', but the fellow who came in and did it, I would give an 'A'. He did a good job. He was very professional.

They way overcharged. They play games. We paid $2500 for about a $800 hot water heater. They came in for the diagnostic for the air conditioning and at that point in time we had a hot water heater blow out. So that's how we got into the hot water heater business. They were trying to get us to buy policies and they told us there was something wrong. It was a big game. They offered us a $12,000 air conditioner and I found out I could get it for $5000 somewhere else. I do not recommend them at all. I did not have to pay extra for the diagnostic. They stayed straight with that. It was the sales pitch after that and then right at that point the hot water heater went out and they said, "We could come help you with that." At that point since it was all over the garage I said, "Yes, yes." I would avoid them because of their salesmanship.

Workers were on time, work was done well and finished before the time given.

Technician arrived promptly and examined both furnace systems thoroughly. He was very polite and efficient.
