Description of Work: the hers rater shorted out the transformer by connecting a wire that shouldn't have been connected. Eric @ WeCare came out and figured out the problem quickly and troubleshooted it to solution. I will say that other techs from WeCare have not been as knowledgeable as Eric and only he was able to figure out the problems.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write in. We must apologize to you, we did not respond to your message this past November. We mishandled your ticket and made a mistake. You have every right to call us out on the issue because we did drop the ball. This was an honest mistake and we hope you do not take it personally. The fact is that we worked very hard to get your attention in the first place. From hiring the best employees in the area, to placing entertaining advertisements out on the highways, radio, tv, and internet. We even partner with some great community foundations and other fine businesses in the area. We do all of this to find our way into the consideration set of local homeowners and families as they decide who should help them maintain and upgrade their property. We have an outstanding team here, and we want them all to find success and happiness. This starts with earning YOUR business. What does all that mean if we miss your email? Nothing. As you can imagine this mistake we made does not sit well with us either. That being said we hope that you were able to to get your central heater working.
