Eric, the technician was very responsive and provided me a detailed analysis of the problem. My tenant called at 1:30 pm and they were at the property by 3:45pm.

We called when the unit went out; WC Heating and Air had someone out almost immediately to check out the situation. It was determined (accurately) that the unit was defunct (it was over 20 years in service). Arrangements were made for a speedy replacement - we had relatives visiting for the week, so it was urgent to have air conditioning in the bedroom wing of the house. The replacement went off without a hitch, on the date and at the time promised. ALL personnel were extremely courteous and professional.

Anytime there is a problem, they send a technician to come by and take a look at it. They are really courteous and helpful when they are here. They take care of anything that I ask them to and get up in the attic to check it out. They suggest things to you and they make all of the decision on what you want to get done. Once you decide, they take care of it. They have added parts to my unit to save me some energy. If there are parts that I need, I get a discount on them. I am going to have them come out soon to check the air flow in the house to double check that everything is good.

We called for an air conditioner check before the summer heat. We are retired and recently purchased a home that was built in 1989. We were worried that the air conditioner might not be up to par.Darryl came out and check our air conditioner and said it was 'good' for this summer.We talked to him about the heat and cold in Temecula and he told us that Southern California Edison had a rebate going on that was worth thinking about.We thought about the almost $1800. rebate and decided we wanted our 'new' home (new to us) to have an up to date heating and air conditioner and new duct work, plus the $1000. refund through Costco.Two days after deciding, 4 men spent the entire day putting everything into our home. They were polite, conscious of our animals and very efficient.We couldn't be happier with their work and the saving in the past months electric bill.We would recommend them to anyone looking to replace an ageing air conditioning unit, furnace, or duct work.

Analyzed AC unit for not performing well. Discovered faulty ducting. Fixed ducting and performed maintenance on unit. Helped me with understanding thermostat programming. Made filter onsite because my air return is odd size. Very pleased with: person answering initial call; service tech on time and professional; service tech helping me understand unit, how it works, and why not working well (new property for me so I didn't know anything about this unit). Once problem was discovered, service tech was able to return to do work within 2 days. Good, solid, professional.

The sales/tech representative pulled out the heater burners and pointed out a small crack in the furnace chamber. The rep concluded that the furnace needed replacement. He examined theoutside a/c condensing unit and pointed out that it was in very delicate condition. I had requested their proposal because the system was 23 years old and I wanted to replace it before it failed. The rep went up into the attick and said that the ductwork was in acceptable condition. I had been concerned about the ductwork because the house had uneven heating and cooling. The rep left us with a proposal. My wife and I did not feel confident in the reps evaluation and did not like the pressure salesmanship. There was a credability gap. This company is on the SCE list of approved contractors. In order to qualify for the SCE rebates, one must use an approved contractor. We got another proposal from an approved contractor. We hired this other contractor for the folowing reasons: 1. The rep was less saleman and more tech 2. The rep, after examining the ductwork said that the ducts needed to be modified and sealed and there was one duct not even connected to a register in one room 3. While the equipment to be provided was the same make and model, this contractor included a 5" thick filter which needs replacement only once a year. The first contractor proposal included the conventional 1" thick filter. 4. Their bid included replacing all the room registers and the main intake register. 5. This contractor gave us credit up front for the SCE rebate. When the rebate is sent to us, we will send them a check. 6. This contractors price, including the ductwork modifications and better filter was about $500 less than the one from WC heating. 7. We had the work done and are very satisfied. Yesterday I attempted to notify WC about my experience with them but their contact set up is not user friendly so I gave up.

Very timely, professional and friendly/courteous. Put booties on at all times when in the house.

WC did an excellent job. The first activity was to lay down cloths along the floor so as not to mess up the floor when wheeling equipment into the house. They sent five workers, all of whom were polite. They knew each others strengths so were willing to refer a question to the correct person rather than guessing at the answer. They arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule.
