The initial inspection went very well. We are just now starting the process of upgrading our hot water tank. We have every confidence in We Care and James.

WE care told me about what my company had neglected. WE care said that I could go with a complete new re-ducting in the attic to the home vents, connecting to the a/c and furnace. He said they would measure the vents output and balance it out, efficiency to cool would improve a lot, and I could hold off on the replacement of new a/c's. Their estimate for total re ducting for 2 single-family homes was about $2500 to $3000 less than my former outfit. WE care did the job $2675 each home. Tenants were happy with their interactions, cleanup, work process, and much improved cool air conditioning. I have found a new a/c company. I am very happy with their honesty, sticking to their word on schedule, and work. Satisfied customer here!

Does not give itemized estimates - refusal to give basic info such as how many hours a job will take and the labor rate for the job. Must be getting a lot of business to pass on making money by giving a detailed estimate.

Fantastic. The salesman at Costco set up an appointment with WC Heating and Air in Murrieta. The salesman arrived on time and presented a no hassle sales presentation. He presented 4 different options from the low end to the high end. There was no pressure to pick any particular unit. He provided answers to my questions and was very knowledgeable in his field. I chose the high end as I wanted the best and this particular unit will reduce my electric bill because it uses less energy. The installation crew arrived on time, dressed very professionally in their uniforms. They introduced themselves individually and always addressed me in a respectful manner. They explained exactly what they were doing, answered any questions I had, and treated my home as if I was important to their company. Tarps were placed on the floors, shoe covers on their shoes, and each worker went to their designated position. There were about 5 workers and they were so professional and pleasant to have in my home. Gino was the lead guy and he always updated me with their progress and explained exactly what was going on in addition to answering my questions. Upon completion, he made sure I understood how the system worked and gave me all the manuals. About 3 days later, I received a call from the original salesman making sure everything went to my satisfaction. And then, a week later, I received a call from their office again asking if I was satisfied. I was extremely pleased with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone. They specialize in plumbing, heating and air conditioning.

On time, listened to our requests and kept the work area clean.

Team was on time, courteous and professional. Cleaned up after themselves. Explained clearly how to operate new system - would recommend WC to anyone.

It went well. But they are very expensive. He was there in in a timely fashion. Very polite.

I felt like I was on candid camera. I would tell her what I needed and she would come back with something so off the wall that didnt even have anything to do with what I had asked.

I contacted Angie's List online, picked up their phone number and called them; got their answering machine and received a very prompt callback ... scheduled an appointment when one of their representatives would come to my home to discuss what was necessary. What prompted me to call W C Heating and Air in the first place was that I had had a termite company come to remove the termites in my home 2 1/2 years earlier, and in the process they had sprayed for the termites with what they said was an innocuous spray which wouldn't harm anyone. It was called Borate. However ... after it was finished, the moment that I turned on my heater - and from that time on - it caused a terrible headache within about 2 minutes after the blower would start! Too bad ... that was the reason that for over two years I couldn't use my heater. Once the representative from W C Heating and Air Conditioning came out the first thing that he said was that my ductwork had several obvious holes in it where it had not been secured as it should have been ... reason for the entire heating system being contaminated! He gave me my options - one of two - a single stage, single speed furnace at a lower cost ... or a two stage, six speed furnace, which he said was much more energy efficient; I chose the more efficient of the two. I had just finished installing a battery-back-up for my solar panels so I needed an energy efficient blower system as well so that the solar panels would be able to sustain the energy consumption. That done, we then needed to decide on the ductwork - eventually we determined that the round metal ductwork covered with a bubble-wrap would be the best, so as to avoid additional fiberglass in the attic (I don't like fiberglass). The insulation was the next order of business: Here I wanted to replace my old fiberglass insulation with cellulose in an attempt to avoid fiberglass, which is extremely irritating and can damage the lungs like asbestos (although possibly not as seriously ... my mother was terribly affected by it). But then, several days later, after I did some research, I found that the cellulose insulation which we had originally decided to install, had the very same chemical sprayed on it as was sprayed in my attic by the bug people for the termites ... but this time is was being used as a fire retardant. So I did more research, trying to find something - anything - that I could use to replace the fiberglass - I found a company that used old blue jeans which they said was a really great insulation alternative. I called W C Heating - and talked with Scott, who was the person who had originally come to my home and was continuing to work with me. A short time later he called me back with the bad news ... he said that they did some research on their end and found out the California mandates that ALL insulation be sprayed with the very chemical which had my problem in the first place! So, every type of insulation - except for fiberglass - contains Borate! With fiberglass, formaldehyde was the chemical of choice! And the foam insulation so many horror stories from all sorts of people, sometimes so bad that they had to move out of their homes! With all this new information, Steve and I decided to scrap my idea of replacing the insulation, and simply moved ahead with replacing the furnace and ductwork. The actual work took place without a hitch. I had asked that they park their truck off of my relatively new driveway so that if there were any drips of oil that it wouldn't spoil it's looks. That they did. And within several days they had all of the work done ... and beautifully, at that! And wouldn't you know it - it was finished on the hottest day of the year ... and they wanted to test the heater for almost 20 minutes! That made me almost want an air conditioner when it was all finished! I have to say, though, that their crew was top notch, with Miguel - the supervisor - being exceptionally bright and helpful in every way. And Steve, being super! You can't go wrong with this company ... especially if what you want done is a little difficult ... these people will work with you. And this made all the difference with me.

Ordered the filters ..we made an appointment for his return of which he said he came and no one was home than never called ormade any attempt to return or call about the new filters.(filters were extra approx. $130.). It was I that initiated the call for him to return. He walked me through the system and told me how he could improve the whole system and told me of the improper installations. He was very knowledgeable & cordial.. UPDATE AS OF 9/4/13: The company called and informed me the calls were made and the voicemail box is full. I can verify there was a problem and for that I am changing the grade. I confirm that the information is correct. I will use the service provider again in the future.

Ozzie came by on time. The downstairs AC did not work as the fan stopped on the condenser, otherwise it hummed. So, Ozzie were able to move just the fan and it was working then, but could fail again. They had a pre- summer special, but thought the prices were high nonetheless. So, the parts were replaced on the downstairs condenser. Ozzie checked the upstairs one, even though it was working at the time. The capactior or the secondary motor control were at the bottom of the specs, but it could fail. So, the parts for the upstairs condenser were replaced also. We were sold a maintenance plan as well and will expect them back for the WInter and Spring maintenance for the year down the road.

Fabian, the service technician, was right on time, very cordial and professional during the visit. He changed out the filter, performed the diagnosis of the Lennox system, and cleaned the condenser grates. After all work was done, he discussed in detail the work performed, his findings and he recommended that a surge protector be installed. I will try to add the surge protector to the system on the next scheduled visit. Overall, the work was done in a very efficient manner and would definitely recommend WC Air to friends and family.

Contract signing and installation was performed without a hitch. Installation was performed on schedule. There were some scheduling issues with the 6 month followup but Brian, the service manager, was able to resolve those issues in a very professional manner. I appreciate the customer service WC Air provided and would definitely recommend them to others.

CS Rep Andrew arrived on schedule. He performed an in-depth analysis of the current pressing issue, that being that the air in our A/C system was coming out at room temperature, as well as the additional issue of our childrens' rooms not getting much air when the system is working properly. He gave us very reasonable repair suggestions, helped us understand the issue in our childrens' rooms and the appropriate fix, and gave us adequate warning of things to look out for in a system our age, without resorting to scare tactics, just facts. At my prompting, he also aided us in planning for future replacement of the 15 year old HVAC system in the most cost efficient manner, leveraging available rebate and payment plans for our area. He also added an upgrade part that the builder opted out of to help avoid the persistent problem we've been having in the future. Finally, he included a significant discount on parts and services and included a free inspection and cleaning the following fall before the heater would start to be used. All in all, I am very pleased with the service received from WC and would definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

They presented a detailed proposal and description of purchased model and did all the leg work and follow up regarding the rebates They were very knowledgeable and thorough.

Called WC to get someone out to troubleshoot a loud explosion from my furnace. Technician arrived that same day within a couple hours of when I called. Very professional and neat in appearance. He thoroughly explained to me what the problem was and told me he could have an appraiser come out to give me an estimate. Jacob, the appraiser arrived that same day and gave me a written estimate of work that would be performed. Again very thorough and professional. Gave me his cell number if I had further questions. There was no pressure as far as sales were concerned. I liked that very much. I told him I would let him know the next day if I could get financing together and what I would have done. I called him the next day and he promptly returned my call and set up a time which was convenient for me to get another written estimate and he could further evaluate the what needed to be done and to schedule me for the work. He set up the next morning for the maintenance crew to arrive. Chris and Steve arrived the next morning and called me prior to coming over. Both were also very professional very neat in appearance and very courteous. Work continued all day without any waste of time. They installed a new air conditioning coil, furnace and a new outlet duct in my attic. All new registers and a new thermostat. They explained it all and I'm very pleased with all the people at WC. Great job was done by all. We have a great system all thanks to you.

The young man named Joseph arrived at the door and greeted me with a smile, stated what he was there for, I concurred and he then proceeded to put on his shoe covers. I showed him access to the attic and he went to work. Let me tell you, I was surprised at the amount of work he did. He looked for leaks, he took the furnace practically appart, he inspected, he cleaned the parts, he put everything back together, he vacuumed, he explained everything he was doing and why, he was so thorough I couldn't believe my eyes. When he was finished with the work, he gave me a list of items that needed to be repaired or replaced in the near future. I've had service done before on the A/C Heating unit and no one has ever serviced it the way Joseph did. So as far as I'm concerned, that's what I call excellent customer service at its best. This service was a maintenence package I purchased last year. I can't remember how much it was, but it covered the A/C in the summer and the heating in the winter.

They do fabulous work. Their price was a lot less than other estimates that I had gotten. They were very hard workers. They were clean and neat. They were very fast in getting the job done--it only took them 6 hours to get both jobs completed!

WC Heating and Air Conditioning was great!! On a Monday in August, when the heat was unbearable, my elderly mother's air conditioner went out. She actually had to leave her house and go to the HOA office to be cool. She had called another company that said their technician would be out Wednesday. I felt that was unacceptable for my mom. I looked on Angie's list and read the reviews for WC. They were great and said how they techs were so responsive and professional. I was impressed. When I called WC, they said their tech could be there at 10:00 a.m. the next day. He arrived right on time. This made my mom very happy and made her feel comfortable. He checked out her system and recommended a new furnace. My mom gave him a 500.00 deposit for the job. The tech left and had someone take her portable room sized air conditioner right away. This kept her comfortable for the week until her new furnace was installed. They installed the furnace and cleaned up beautiful. My mom was really happy about that. Recently, she thought something was wrong with her new furnace. When she called, they came out right away. There was nothing wrong with the furnace, she was just unaccustomed to the way it ran. Her old one was over 25 years and ran differently. All in all, my mom was extremely happy with the service WC Heating and Air Conditioning. She said she will recommend them to her friends if they need heating or air conditioning care.

When the technician arrived, he identified himself and showed his credentials. He asked a few questions regarding our air conditioning units and went right to work. We have two units and serviced one because the other was working properly. Will definately use this company again for my rental home.

The workers who did the labor were excellent all around!. The tech who gave advice on size needed and how it would function ( we looked for a quite system) did not check the air intake amount needed, so it sounded so loud it was uncomfortable to talk with it on. We ended up buying an 830 2 stage and they needed to cut and put in a large vent in out bed room.

I was having great issues cooling my business space. I knew I had a decent 5 ton unit blowing cold air but the space wasn't getting cold. I asked WC for a "solution". Everyone else wanted to sell me a whole new system. WC provided me with a solution to make sure the cold air the unit was generating and was getting into the space correctly. New duct, vents, returns, etc. Place was at thermostat level of 78 last week when previous heat wave kept it at 90+. WC could have said "new system" too, but they decided to solve my problem. Thanks WC!!!
