the provider we care did an outstanding job on the install of furnace,coil,and air conditioner at my residence.the crew showed up on time and stayed late to complete the the install.the crew ruben,kenny,luis,fransico were outstanding and very professional in their work.clean up was great think my house was cleaner when they left.i will refer this company we care to my friends and neighbors.

They were very courteous, neat and clean. They covered their shoes when working in the home and cleaned up after themselves. They also offered 1 year free service guarantee on all work.

WC air and plumbing is very professional from start to finish. They offer a range of products to choose from and full service from maintenance and repair to installation. They did a wonderful, professional job during the installation and went to great lengths to not track dirt in the house and cleaned up everything prior to leaving. They changed out all of the vent registers and sealed everything. They also submitted all of the necessary paperwork for rebates on my behalf. Before installation, they calculated air flow requirements for my house. After installation, they tested the system to ensure it was functioning within the required parameters. My new system works much more efficiently then my old one. WC also provides plumbing service. I have called them out for a plumbing issue and was very pleased and will call them out again if the need ever arises. My experiences with this company have all been positive. I am impressed with their professionalism, work ethic, and punctuality. I would definitely recommend them.

The call center did not give the A/C technician the correct information. I requested a quote for fixing my broken unit. Did not receive this, instead got a confused customer service persons calling me back, with no information. Complete waste of my time. I could have the unit fixed by now. Calling me back 5 days later, not very good. P.S and I have a Property Management company, that they spoke to, and still couldn't figure out I need a quote. Wanted a quote, for fixing my A/C. Did not get a quote.

Robert was very professional and personable. He explained how the system work very well. They were very efficient and cleaned up well.

Remove and replace old unit, re-ducted by adding new ducts to split the system and provide better distribution of air and replaced grilles where necessary to provide maximum efficiency of air flow and balanced the system.

The installation crews were very courteous and professional throughout. They left with a very clean house after the job was done.

It took the entire day, however, it proceeded well. Just wish your company could have assisted or enabled the sale of the furnace and coils that were replaced as that Lenox Elite was still new, just over 3 years old.

On time, 3 workers, all very nice: Suggestion along with wearing bootys over shoes, also wear gloves-finger prints all over wall and around new air vents.

We Care cleaned and inspected my HVAC and gave me an estimate on installation of a new system. Their estimate was much higher (>4000.00) than the other three estimates that I received. Their proposal included the installation of two two(2) 14 seer air conditioners and one(1) 80% AFUE heater; their proposal didn't include replacing the upstairs heater. I informed the Rep that provided the estimate that I would get a few more estimates before making a decision -to the best of my knowledge they never called back or attempted to contact me again. The company that I eventually hired installed two (2) 16 seer, 2 stage AC units and two 95%AFUE high efficiency heaters. All of the other companies' proposals included replacing both heaters, both air conditioners and installing new air ducting - at much lower price than WeCare. In addition, when We Care performed the preventative maintenance on my AC system the technician performing the service cut a drain line and neglected putting it back together.

On July 3 about noon (day before the 7/4 holiday) our a/c unit starting blowing only hot air. I called WC and they scheduled an appointment that same day between 6 and 7 pm. Kurt, the technician, called about 7 pm to let us know he was delayed and would be at our house about 8:30 pm. He called again later letting us know he was on his way. When Kurt arrived he was very professional, apologized for the delay, and promptly checked the unit outside and the thermostat inside. He explained the repair, provided an estimate, and the a/c was repaired. Knowing it was the day before a holiday, I truly appreciated the customer service in scheduling a same day appointment and was not inconvenienced in any way by the delay with the appointment time. I would absolutely use WC again in the future.

Central air blower leaked water damaging the ceiling. We called We Care and they arrived the same day, and they completed the quoted work. We also signed up for their maintenance plan. The next day the ceiling was soaked again. The AC had leaked again. We called We Care back. They came out that same day and found that the drain pan had a small crack which caused the water damage. They estimated that the repairs would be hundreds of dollars and recommended replacing everything for several thousand dollars. We left a negative review, and We Care responded quickly to our concerns, discounting the pan replacement by 50% because they had missed the cracked pan on the first visit. The pan replacement took weeks because the part needed to be ordered. We had to leave town and we had a relative watch the house and wait. We Care missed that appointment and rescheduled twice. We ended up returning to town for the repairs. The replacement was necessary and the tech did a good job explaining everything. About a month and a half later the AC was not cooling, so we called We Care. They received our call on Saturday and scheduled us for Monday between 3 and 7. We called all day long (several times) confirming the appointment, but after 8:45 We Care said all their techs were on jobs and the closest one was about 50 miles away. We decided that since they missed their appointment, for which we took of time from work and waited in a home that was in the high 90s as it was in the 100s all day, we would not ask their tech to work on our home in the night. I imagine he/she could not have made it in less than an hour, which would have made the tech work delayed to almost 10 at night. Their call center is very polite and friendly, and their tech (over the several visits for the initial problem) is very professional. I cannot give this company more business, because we have been stood up on more than one occasion during a SCHEDULED repair visit. I understand that things come up, and that it is their busy season, but when a person waits all day (more than once) for someone to come, they'd better A: be on time, B: call and cancel, or C: be prepared to lose business to someone more reliable. Because of their verbal professionalism, and their desire to work with us, I will not give an F rating, but they will earn a D in several categories, and a C overall. I won't be caring to call We Care, because they didn't care to keep appointments that they scheduled.

Andrew, Nathan, Jeremy and Geno were all a pleasure to work with! Andrew came in to give us the quote and explain the whole process (of getting our air ducts upstairs replaced and downstairs ducts cleaned). He was through and made sure all our questions were answered. When the technicians Geno, Jeremy and Nathan came out they got right to business they explained what they were going to do. They made sure after all the work was done they cleaned up after themselves also. While talking to Andrew and the technicians I learned that all of them are very knowledgeable in their line of work. I would hands down recommend We Care to all of my family and friends.

Install was moved up several days. Very happy about that. Efficient, courteous, explained everything.
