I was in the unfortunate situation where I had to short sale my home or face foreclosure. Blake and his team helped me complete a short sale which was a better choice for me in my situation. He is familiar with the process and made my transaction less stressful.....and less embarrassing. Blake and his team handled almost everything, basically just told me where I needed to sign and explained what I needed to understand. I am very thankful to Blake for helping me through one of the most difficult times in my life and guiding me in the right direction. His primary concern was for me, the client, not when he was going to get his commission check, which is a fresh change in this real estate industry. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering selling or buying a home.
