Having worked multiple jobs with them - from the bidding and estimating, to the scheduling, to the job itself, and any follow--up, their efforts are top-notch (and affordable). Multiple teams were assigned under Wayne's guidance, all well trained and enthusiastic, working long hours as required by the job. Look forward to working with them on our next gate project. Description of Work: Gate had been constructed with inadequate concrete foundation and was slipping under the load. Superior dug out the old foundation and re-posted the gate with twice the concrete.

Description of Work: Drive way gate installation. They did not follow the contract scheduled, the job completion was months over due to poor communication with their office personnel and us . The field personnel provided a phone # but they do not answer their phone or return calls very often. Gates do not operate in the rain, was told via email that additional money was needed to make sure the gate work in the rain. When it rains my wife has to get out of the car and wipe off the gate sensor to ensure that it closes, a heads up to this situation prior to installation would have been helpful. We are not happy with the service they provided. I am sure they will come up with an excuse for their poor service but the trail of emails I have copied pleading with them to come and complete the job tells the entire story.
