Sunpro Solar guided us through what they were going to do, making us feel that they know exactly what they're doing and they certainly do. Easily worth it for the reasonable price and the customer service was very easygoing and quick. A smart way to save money into the future

+ -1 morescheduling did not go right. First he had to cancel because he told me that his plane was delayed. Second, he asked to move to a later time because he was still answering questions from a customer. Third he said that he was stuck in traffic. I cancelled because I did not want to wait. But he still came and left a written proposal.

+ -1 moreThey weren’t seeing any reporting coming from the panels. It had been two or three weeks before they contacted me to let me know. The problem is with the link box that connects to the network. When I described the box to him that they had installed, they said they have been having a lot of problems with those boxes. They sent a technician out to replace them. He was very punctual and courteous. However, it doesn’t appear that the boxes were replaced. I was under the impression that they were going to replace those boxes. They are currently functioning properly and there are no troubles. These are the same boxes that have failed reporting three or four times now.

Description of Work: I had a 6.0KW 32 panel Sunpower system installed by Sunpro Solar of Wildomar. The system was installed in the fall of 2011. The install was professional, and design maximized performance for my complex sun exposure (2 story house directly next door). The installation crew was on time, cleaned up after themselves, and they completed the job in three days. Paperwork was easy, and Sunpro handled all the rebates, and permits. One of the owners, Mr. Jesse Green, was on site, and properly supervised the job. Over the past three plus years, the system has performed as promised, and is saving me a lot of money. The Sunpro Solar estimate of performance in power produced was accurate. I had an issue with the solar wi-fi monitoring system, and representatives from the company were responsive, and promptly upgraded the parts to get it working. I would highly recommend Sunpro Solar. They do good work, and are easy to work with.

+ -1 moreI am happy with my SunPower brand panels and SunPro Solar who did a good job of installing them. They produce a little more than the manufacturer's rated amount and they aren't even facing due South! The installation job was very clean. It was clear that they cared about the look of the installation and I'm proud of how it looks on the side of my house. I have only 3 complaints; They left dirty fingerprints on the trap door to my attic, dropped a few metal cuttings in the attic, and left a layer of left over stucco covering the dirt in my planter where they must have rinsed their tools. Followup a year after the installation.... My system's performance has exceeded the expectations that I was looking for per the calculations that can be made at California Solar Initiative CSI EPBB Calculator

Although there was an initial delay because the panels were backordered at the manufacturer, once the panels arrived the installation was done in a highly professional manner. They've been very responsive in answering all our questions, both before and after installation. So far everything is performing as expected. The real test will come this summer.
