water heater repair
+ -1 moreRob arrived on time with a plumber. Ron show my general contractor license, removed water heater, broke down decaying subfloor and replace it, patched drywall, placed tankless water heater on wall, check under house the pieces and pads.
Description of Work: Disengaged the earthquake strip from 11 year old water heater, empty water heater through hose and left out water heater, replaced subfloor with new plywood floor, always hot put up on top of space that old water heater went.
