This company added refridgerant 3 times over a 3 year period to my unit. And during these visits, Alan (the owner) never once go up in the attic to inspect the evap coil. He worked exclusively outside by the condenser unit. This summer, my unit stopped cooling again and I decided to get a second opinion. The attending tech went up into the attic and inspected the evap coil. He did a leak test and determined that the evap coil had a faulty valve. They replaced the valve and recharged the refridgerant for less than what Renegade Heating charged to recharge it in 2018, with no repairs. I am profoundly disappointed with Renegade Heating. I like to support small businesses and thought they were doing right by me. I would not recommend doing business with Renegade Heating to family and friends. They are not about diagnosing problems and providing permanent fixes. Save your hard earned money by hiring a company that cares about diagnosing and fixing problems rather than applying short-term band-aids.

Alan is punctual and did very good work. Most of all it was refreshing to find someone who is honest and doesn't try and create additional hidden charges. When he was called back a few days later because we noticed a leak, he responded the same day.

Alan arrived on time for the appointment. He was very knowledgeable and was great at showing you exactly what he thought needed to be done. He let me know if it was something I could hold off a bit longer (money is tight) and showed me several ways to save money! I would use Renegade Heating and Cooling again!

My air conditioning runs nice and efficient after Renegade Heating and Cooling fixed it. I've used him for different things and have gotten him jobs from my neighbor and my father-in-law. My brother-in-law had him come out. He's very honest and very straightforward guy. He cleaned my whole outside unit. It probably took him three hours, to just totally clean the air conditioning unit.

Alan is prompt and gave a written estimate before starting work. All three jobs came in on or near budget, one was considerably less! Alan is honest and has an admirable work ethic. No need to look further.

He was punctual, thorough, and friendly. He pointed out a few things that needed to be dealt with. Our unit is 17 years old and pulls too many amps. We knew something was wrong, as our monthly electric bill in the summer is over $500, and that is keeping the house at 76. We need a new unit, and Mr. Forsberg is the one we want to do it. He suggests, doesn't press, and seems very honest.

The work done was awesome. They were very professional. They were incredible and reliable. They returned my email or phone calls. They had the best quality and products than anybody else. One of my neighbor’s also used them. Their price was reasonable. I would use them in the future.
