PULIDO CLEANING & RESTORATION

I don't know what we would have done without Pulido and their wonderful crew. I live with my elderly mother. We found that we had an extensive water/mold problem throughout most of our home due to previous shoddy repairs by an unprofessional contractor/restoration company recommended by our insurer. This contractor did not perform everything required to completely dry out the slab and walls and properly seal the slab. We not only had to leave our house for over 2 months, it took a terrible physical toll on my mother. So, I did extensive research and then met with 4 different restoration companies. PCR was the most professional and understanding from the very first meeting. I believe we worked with all of Pulido's different departments; bio-hazard remediation, repair and restoration/cleaning. I was concerned initially because of the amount of mold found in testing by an independent firm/lab we hired. The great news was Pulido did such a good job that the final test was well below the acceptable standard. The bottom line is, Pulido did what they promised...put our home back to the way it was before the damage. Actually, even better. Their estimate was competitive and they did not go a penny over the estimate/contract although the extent of the mold could not be fully determined until they removed parts of the wall in almost every room. On top of that, we paid less than estimated for the final cleaning and move back and they did an incredible job! I could go on and on about their professional standards and all the work they performed. They went above and beyond in a way I don't believe other companies would do. Definitely 10 stars!
