He helped me order and pickup the parts and was on top of the situation until my computer was back at my desk. He cleaned it very well. Overall I am very satisfied with his profesionalism, cleanliness, speed, and price. His communications was very prompt, corteous, and it felt as if a friend was helping me with the repairs.

+ -1 morePatrick with Pro Tech did a great job with my HP laptop. I needed to replace the battery and couldn't seem to find it anywhere. Patrick was able to get a replacement and install the new one. I also took the opportunity to have my hard drive upgraded with a much faster SSD. Patrick did both installs and cloned my hard drive to the new one, all in a very timely manner.
