It went well except he didn't go into attic to check coils and I thought the price was high for the thermostat.

I cannot even express how pleased I was with the level of service Liberty provided us. Not only was their pricing among the best of 5 quotes I received, but their professionalism and responsiveness was top notch. We wanted to have AC installed at our home, but secondary to that we needed some duct work run to a new room we added on. The AC install we scheduled to happen later in the year because of our construction, but our contractor informed us that the city inspector said they needed to see the new duct work and vents for us to pass and move forward with the build. I called Liberty to see if we could get that portion of the work done ahead of time and they sent someone the NEXT DAY. AMAZING! Thanks to them our build got to move forward on schedule. When we were finally able to get Liberty here after the build for the AC install, they were diligent, professional and clean. I had to leave toward the end of the day and when I returned home there was no sign they had ever even been here. All the dust was cleaned up and everything was just beautiful! We love our new system and are so pleased with our decision to hire Liberty. I have since referred Liberty to some friends of ours who also had a new AC system installed and they rave about their experience as well. On a personal note, Jerry (the owner) is a really great guy. Funny and personable. I was about 6 months pregnant when he came for our initial meeting and every time I've talked with him since (on the phone or in person), he always asks how I'm doing. This is a really great, family run business. You can tell his employees are happy working for Liberty as well - everyone was very nice.

After 10 years we decided to put in air conditioning. Over the past few years we have noticed that we keep having more hot days. We got tired of being "worried" about the heat and roasting. We shopped around and were surprised at the price differences but more than that the dishonesty in the business. We decided to use Liberty because of the positive reviews on Angie's List and we were not disappointed. Everyone was really great to work with and Jerry was a complete joy. I am a property manager and have over the years dealt with countless home service workers and contractors. I can't recommend Liberty enough. They were clean, on time, respectful, honest, and gave me a great deal.

I called them up and they came out on the same day and installed my water softener. They were very professional and did an excellent job. I would have them come back again.

Awesome service. Had a little mix-up w/ my Saturday appointment time. Luckily Anthony returned my call promptly and rearranged his schedule to drive from Temecula to San Marcos ASAP. I wanted to have my A/C inspected to make sure things were running correctly before my new baby was born. I was also concerned about a weird damp smell in the air. It turns out there was a gap in the air duct up in the attic which was allowing unfiltered air to get into the home. Anthony was able to patch things up quickly and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I felt like I was getting truly honest service. I'd highly recommend this company.

Sean was very prompt and pleasant. He did a great job inspecting my furnace and secured the ducting that came loose from the furnace. He noticed an air vent was facing the wall and turned it around so the air flow was directed in the kitchen area. The customer service and work performed were excellent. I will definitely use them again.

Sean from Liberty came on time and tuned-up the furnace at my house and cleaned my dryer vents. My dryer worked much more efficiently now.

It went very well. Sean was exceptional technician! I asked him a question on how I could get more airflow to my back rooms and he went into the attic and did a thorough inspection on my duct work. He told me how a new ducting plan would increase my needs. He spent a good deal of time and patience explaining the plan and how the work could be performed by their company. He was happy, upon request, to write up a bid for the work.

It went very well. They repaired a few things.

It was fine. They did what they were supposed to do. It was the price of the big deal but I had an additional job. They were doing an outdoor hose bib for me. It was like an additional $75. Their price was much better than others I called. They did a good job. They came when they were supposed to.

We recently bought a home in Escondido. The home inspection pointed out several deferred maintenance issues that we knew were coming. So it was no surprise when the furnace in our guest house went out. No one is living in it so there was no rush for service. I called three vendors from Angie's List on Friday. I had recently used a vendor on my home insurance policy list and this tech claimed to have found a loose power wire from the thermostat to the furnace, which he reconnected. But he did say we needed a new furnace which I doubted. When it did fire up, it completely warmed the guest house. After about 2 weeks the heater failed again. Since this other tech had claimed we needed a new furnace, i decided to call three vendors from Angie's List, just to see what their opinions would be. I suspected the igniters, since the thermostat controlled the AC just fine but the igniters were firing only now and again. Of the three I called, Liberty had an opening the coming Wednesday. The others were set for Monday and the other for Friday. I get a call from the Liberty tech around noon Saturday, the next day, saying he can be at the house in 30-minutes. OK! He arrived as promised but was having some difficulty getting a wiring diagram for my particular unit. Liberty sent another tech out to help and it was all done in about 2 hours. Liberty replaced the igniters and saved me from replacing the furnace, which I would only do with multiple opinions coming to the same conclusion. I did not cancel the Monday appointment with the other vendor, since their office was already closed once the furnace was fixed. But another one of our deferred maintenance issues is the main house AC unit. I will have a review of that vendor and repair service tomorrow. As for Liberty, i will definitely keep them on my call list. The fact they do plumbing too is a plus. Their prompt service was also a plus. The only critique I can offer is there was no price estimate before wires were being cut. While I was OK with the cost, I recommend Liberty make sure to give a verbal estimate before they start on the work. I was standing over the tech's shoulder watching his diagnosis. I turned away for a few minutes and he had already started to work on the replacing the unit before I could ask what it was going to cost. Does this make them an A- or B+? I will let you decide.

The tech arrived on time kept us up to date on the findings and repair process. He offered an alternative repair solution that saved us some money. He stayed late at no additional charge to finish the job that night

First of all, they allowed me to set up the appointment via email, which saved my sanity; I hate playing telephone tag! They arrived the same day that I emailed them after buying the Big Deal Coupon! Sean arrived on time & was very friendly & informative. He serviced the heater & explained everything to us in detail. I will use them again!

I went Very well. I contacted Liberty in the afternoon about a compressor unit that was tripping off at the power (fuse) box. Despite it being late in the afternoon, he dispatched a technician that had finished up a job and was heading home. The tech showed up within a few minutes of the ETA and began to work. After several different tests and measurements, both time consuming. he finally diagnosed the problem and determined that it would be better to replace the unit than to repair it, As a new unit would start a warranty, of which my old unit had just expired a few months prior. The tech stated he would order the compressor and it would probably take a week to get it. I got a call from the owner stating the same thing. TWO DAYS later, they had the compressor in and came and installed it with no problems. If you need a/c and/or heating systems worked on, Sean is the guy to fix your problems. Although I believe any of the other employees would be just as valuable in getting the job done. and added note: this is a veteran owned business and well worth giving your business to them. I will be using them for my (advised) annual heating and a/c inspection and tune up, plus any plumbing situations that may arise.

Jerry is the owner and is honest, fair and customer focused. He was very informative and educated me in the different products and features. He was very patient with me and I asked a lot questions!! Sean and a co-worker did the installation and did a fantastic job. Meticulous and exact in all they did. Very impressed with how the work was done and how professional they were. I would highly recommend Jerry and his team. Top notch, honest contractor.

The attic area is amazingly clean and the work was done to perfection. Very happy with the quality, service and price. Would highly recommend Liberty Plumbing if you are interested in top quality workmanship and a contractor whose word means something. We did select the newest American Standard variable speed AC but feel the investment was worth it. We never do things half way!

Office staff very friendly. Set up an appt. time quickly that was convenient for me. Service guy showed up promptly. Also friendly & professional. Checked out furnace, firebox, air ducts, etc. Used high-tech tool to test for various gas emissions coming from each vent. I was very impressed with his courtesy, efficiency, knowledge & that he didn't try to sell me anything more than I'd asked for. Will definitely use Liberty Plumbing, Heating & Air again when needed.

Jerry had repaired my AC unit several months ago and did a fabulous job so when our buyers home inspection revealed a few exposed wires, I called liberty and asked if someone could go to the house and check it out. I'm no longer living there so I relied on jerry to do what had to be done and bill me. He not only went to the house and covered the wires, he did it for free.

They are good. They were very affordable and knowledgeable. I was told several times that it couldn't be done but they did it successfully. They were delightful to work with.

I had been told by another company that my HVAC unit needed to be replaced for $3500. However, the technician didn't even look at the unit. So I subscribed to Angie's list and chose Liberty for a second opinion. Apparently all that was needed was to add coolant; the level was very low. My AC is now working better than ever. Thank you Liberty and Angie's list for saving me over $3000!

I was very impressed with Liberty Plumbing! Their customer service was excellent and all the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend them and will call on them again when needed even without a coupon. They understand its about the customer, not all about the money. They were awesome!! On one of the hottest days of the year my AC conks out. I started calling everyone on Angie's List. Because it has been so hot here the soonest anyone could get me in was in 2 weeks even the folks advertising emergency service. I called Liberty and they took my information saying the soonest they had was 2 weeks, but they would see what they could do. Not long after Jerry called me, I told him the problem and he said he would get someone over today. I was shocked. I know how crazy busy they must be and no other company offered any hope of getting to me with any speed. Steve arrived in a couple hours ( if that) diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly. Jerry called afterwards to make sure all was well. What a super company!! Very impressive! Thanks Jerry and Steve!
