I would recommend them highly. Thoroughly professional from the quote to the completion. Even told me I didn't have to get a system replacement (I insisted)! Their price beat the other quotes by a substantial amount. Would recommend them to anyone. Also heard good things about Liberty from the after installation inspector.

My experience with Liberty was top notch from the get-go. I called to make an appointment and they worked with me to get someone out on a day and at a time that could work, which wound up being the coming Saturday morning, first thing (8am). Jeremy arrived right at 8:00, conveniently right after the baby went down for his nap, and he was diligent, efficient and quiet while he serviced and inspected our AC system. He looked at a board a previous inspector told us should be replaced - they made us feel it was dangerous not to - and said it had anywhere from 6 weeks to 6 years left on it, it wasn't a danger, and he took the part number so if our system stopped working suddenly, he could come prepared with a replacement board in case that was the culprit. He left the system working, cleaned up nicely, and left before the baby even woke up from his nap. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and we will not hesitate to call Liberty again should we need their services. At the very least to maintain the system on an annual basis.

Purchased a special for hose bib replacement from Angie's List. Provider performed service the next day. Work was professionally performed and thoroughly tested. Job site was spotless afterwards. Would definitely call provider again.

Jeremy and Nick arrived on time (at the beginning of the time window given) to replace two outdoor hose bibs. They were both very friendly and professional and went about the job with minimal fuss. It took a bit longer than they had originally estimated, but they were very thorough (after testing, it was determined that one of the bibs they installed wasn't working properly, so it had to be replaced).

I purchased a deal with Liberty Plumbing, and within a day they had responded to offer me an appointment for one of the three dates I had requested. I had a specific question about clearing my condensate line so I sent them a message and within the hour I received a response. Very impressive! The technician, Terry, called me at the start of the scheduled window of time to say he was on his way. When he arrived he was very pleasant and professional, and listened to my concerns regarding an apparent clog in the condensate line. I've had two prior leaks in the past 18 months going not only into the wall from the floor in the attic, but travelling another floor below into the ceiling of my garage beneath my condo's living space. Obviously the line had not been thoroughly cleared at my service call the year before before (by another company) and so that problem was never resolved. I can say that confidently because I use my a/c only when the temp rises above 92 for more than one day since my home stays fairly cool. But we had relentless heat waves last summer and as a result of the unit routinely running for a few days I had another leak and had to discontinue using a/c until everything could dry out, which was really uncomfortable. Terry thoroughly cleaned my compressor outside and cleared the condensate line, and to ease my fears, he confirmed it by pouring water into the overflow line so I could listen to the water travel to the pipes under the bathroom sink. Thank you, Liberty Plumbing! I feel confident this has resolved the leak issue, and now I can stay on top of keeping the line clear. Excellent work, no additional fee's, and I will definitely use them in the future to keep everything in order.

The technician came out, reviewed the situation and explained to me what needed to be done and I understood it clearly. However, due to the age of my old faucet the technician had to make a few modifications before he could install the replacement. Therefore, he made sure to explain to me that this would not be the normal remove and replace type of job which was due to the old faucet being welded on, instead of being screwed on. Anyhow, he removed the old faucet and installed a threaded piece of pipe and then screwed on the new hose bib piece. The job looks great and performs well, so I am completely satisfied. The technicians name was Johnny and he was a very professional good hearted man.

Arrived at time scheduled. Very friendly and courteous. Checked unit for proper operation and condition. Unit was in good condition and did not require service. Serviceman showed me where mice had gotten into the unit and recommended sealing holes. So he applied metal duct tape to the bottom and side panels. He also showed me how to clean the gas injection nozzles for future maintenance. There was no charge for the visit, but I decided to pay for 1/2 hour of time anyway.

and Ryan are icing on the cake!!!Today we went to use our kitchen sink and noticed it was clogged. We tried everything but nothing worked. We had used Liberty in the past and were VERY happy with them. We called Liberty around 2:30 pm and our sink was fixed before 4 pm!!! Jeremy and Ryan showed up and were fantastic. Not only were they punctual, they were extremely professional. They knew exactly what they were doing and wasted no time in getting the job done. They are both nice, friendly and they do quality work. Liberty is our "go to" for plumbing problems. Jeremy and Ryan are just the icing on the cake. We highly recommend Liberty Plumbing.

Service man arrived as expected and performed the annual maintenance of the air conditioning system. The work was thorough and it was something that was familiar to me as I used to do in my younger years. With heavy use of airconditioning in the summer in CA, this is important and something we do every year.

Technician was prompt. Technician replaced toilet parts, removed old angle stop and tested to ensure proper functioning.

The technician, Steve, arrived on time and completed the hos bib replacement very quickly. During a test of the water system he found that the water valve was not operating properly. He quoted me a price to replace and determined that he had the correct parts with him and I authorized the work. It really helped that he could complete the job rather then re-scheduling another appointment. He flexibility and expertise in getting the repairs completely quickly saved having to tak more time off from work. I would definitely recommend Liberty to others.

Two technicians came, Jeremy and Ryan. They were great. They checked the thermostat, the electrical board that looks like the motherboard to a computer, some plastic pipes and the air filter. My bad. I went miles too long without replacing the air filter. Their explanation helped a lot. It reminded me of people and how if they take care of themselves, their internal organs don't strain as much to keep the body going. That's what happened to my a/c. I didn't take good care of the filter, so it had to strain a lot harder to keep going. They said I should replace my air filter every 3-6 months. I am so grateful that they came out so quickly because it gets very hot in my condo on the second floor. Again, great service, excellent attitude, prompt and outrageously good prices. I shudder to think of the companies that would claim all kinds of stuff "under the hood" and overcharge. I consider myself very lucky.

Great service. Used a welder to heat up the old hose Bob, slid it off and replaced with a new one. Very quick and clean.
