Description of Work: Liberty Plumbing were able to meet my schedule needs exactly. The technician arrived on time, went right to the problem, suggested a solution, and installed an new wall mounted thermostat. Service call and installtion charges came to $200 which I felt was a resaonable charge. Liberty Plumbing is a small family owned busniess which employees a small team of trechnicians. I will always suppport the small buisniess employeer if given a choice.

It turned out that there really wasn't anything wrong with the a/c unit, but my tenant commented to me that the Liberty rep did a very good job of troubleshooting and explaining, and showing him how the unit works when you turn on the pilot, etc...

Description of Work: I purchased a $62.50 deal for A/C or Furnace Tune-up. The service went fine. They tuned up the AC unit. I ended up having them add free on to the AC for an additional $300. I thought the additional fee was pretty pricey. One technician came out for the job. He was great at explaining everything to me. I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling the service.

Description of Work: Well, I called Liberty as my air conditioner would not respond at all. Jerry answered and assured me they would make it out today to handle the problem. I had such a good experience with them back in May but thought possibly there was something else wrong related to our huge power surge back then. BUT NO, after going up into my attic in gazillion degree temps, they found the problem was a turned off fuse switch. I know I'm probably not describing this properly but I will surely check these fuse switches before dragging them out for a repair not needed. Embarrassed to say the least. AND, I must add that these wonderful guys did not charge me for this call. They don't get much better than this!!!! Thanks you so much!!!

Description of Work: Saw the ad and thought it would be great to have the a/c serviced since it wasn't done for awhile. The technician called before arriving and actually came a little earlier which was good. Showed me where the breakers were which had tripped due to overload of the recent fires in the area. |He also replaced one of the filters and gave suggestions for future replacement purchases. |Overall, it was a great visit. |I'm using their services for another location soon.

Description of Work: Bought a coupon for furnace look over and cleaning, but most specifically we wanted to figure out why our heat worked better in the living room than bedroom. Turns out they didn't have to really clean anything as our filters were clean, but we got some great feedback on the condition of our furnace (the serviceman, I think it was Sean, was really surprised to see what we had as it is apparently more in line with what a cold weather location would have) and they helped us redirect some air flow. I thought Sean (I hope his name is right) was a honest guy and gave us some tips that were low cost solutions.
