Description of Work: They were able to do everything I needed and stayed on budget. The plumbers would call to let me know when they were on their way which was a huge convenience. Whenever I left a voicemail at the office the call was returned within 24 hours (usually same day). Very nice customer service. I would hire them again.

Description of Work: Liberty was professional and responsive. The serviceman inspected the AC unit, informed us that the motor was burnt out, and recommended we use another company because he didn't work on our type of unit. I appreciate their honesty instead of trying to repair a unit that they did not service. I will use them in the future.

Description of Work: Jerry from Liberty was timely and helpful in sharing the best air conditioning unit based on my budget. A Goodman Air Conditioning unit was installed and,although there were some issues with the installation, problems were quickly fixed. I was impressed with Liberty's responsiveness and professionalism.

Description of Work: Our home was designed to have two A/C and heating units. We needed to get new A/C units and when talking with the different contractors we decided to get new furnaces at the same time. The price was very reasonable. The work was all done in one day. I would contact Liberty again if we need any other work done.

Description of Work: I called them out to check my AC which was not working. I was told it would not even hold freon anymore. This was not surprising to me because when I bought the place a year ago, I was told it was on its last legs. I was leaving to go out of town. They offered to try to fill it up with freon as best they could, at no cost. I then hired them to replace it, and was totally satisfied with the installation, promptness, and professionalism of the men who did the work.

Description of Work: PRESIDENT OBAMA..PLEASE GIVE LIBERTY HEATING YOUR CIVILIAN MEDAL OF HONOR FOR EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE.........They replaced my old AC unit. Their price was very reasonable ( I compared), their work was very professional, they were punctual and finished the work on time without making a mess. In addition, they looked at my other AC units, offered me advise and called me later with a quote to fix a few minor problems. Finally, when everyone else was giving me a one year labor warranty, Jerry the owner gave me three years which is unheard of. They install Trane and American Standard units which according to Consumer Reports have the highest ratings. If my other units ever go kaput, I will definitely call them. Let me know when you get the medal from our president.
