Jesus from Liberty was the person who came to do the job. He stated what needed to be done was quick and efficient and repaired a faulty light switch while he was up in the attic, which was not part of the job, just a freebie. Very nice.

Excellent. On time, recognized the problem, explained the solution & approximate cost to fix in & out in an hour and a half.

I made an initial call and left message. Within 30 minutes i received a return phone call and a service man was scheduled for the same day. He arrived promptly and was clean and courteous. He identified the issue and gave me an estimate of cost to repair. Repairs were made in a timely manner and Voila!!! water heater was up in running in no time.

Our heater had stopped working approximately a year ago, we contacted one repair service and they came and said that it might be this, it might be that and since our system was so old that we probably would just need a new system and it would run into the thousands. Well, not being in the financial position to take on thousands of dollars we just hoped that we wouldn't have too many freezing nights and just used our fireplace and lots of blankets. Then our water heater broke and I needed to try and find an honorable service for that repair and asked a friend for recommendations and they said to try Angie's List. So, I quickly joined and am so glad that I did! I found someone to come fix the water heater and then decided to try and find someone to atleast check on the heater and get a second opinion,. Well, I am so glad that I did! I never thought, since it was later in the day, that they would be able to get someone here the same day and was so pleasantly surprised when they said someone could be here in about 15 minutes!! Sean was the best! He called and let me know he was on his way and was here in no time. Once he got here, he quickly diagnosed the problem and very thoroughly explained everything to me and answered any questions that I had. He was able to repair the heater with replacing one part! He then went into the attic and made sure all the ducting was good and straightened out a couple kinks that had restricted the flow to my daughters room for years, probably since we bought our new house 22 years ago!! I will definitely be using Liberty for any future needs and strongly recommend them! It feels so good to have my warm house back and also feels good knowing that there are still good, honest repair services out there! Thanks again =)

I was given a short window of time for the tech to arrive. He gave me a heads up call and arrived right on time. I'm kinda scared to go up in the attic. So Jesus showed me where the light switch was, pointed out what things were. took away my fear. Turns out he needed a board that he did not have on his truck. Told me about what time he'd be able to get it and when he could return. Right on time. Couldn't ask for a nicer guy and excellent service. Would recommend Liberty to any one looking for honest and friendly people. Jesus made time to answer all my questions and to give me a number to call if anything wasn't right or if I had new questions.

Some time ago I discovered that my fireplace was not functioning (I never checked after purchasing the home) and decided to have it repaired before putting my home on the market. I contacted Liberty Plumbing Heating after reviewing Angie's list. After some initial back and forth communication we arranged a time for a representative to come out and address the issue. They were prompt, thorough and were able to address a problem that apparently had been there since the house was build (almost 10 years ago). Wish I had called them sooner. I could have been enjoying my fireplace all this time.

Liberty responded right away. Sean assessed the problem, explaining clearly and in detail what the problem was. I was very impressed by his professionalism and the time he took to show me what needed to be done. The charge for the service was very fair. I would recommend Liberty to everyone and will most definately use them again for any heating, air or plumbing needs that come up in the future.

After being with out electricity (due to Edison problem) for a day and a half, once we had electricity back could not get AC to start cooling. This was in the middle of a heat wave. It was Friday it was late in the day, I didn't have a chance in heck of getting a service man out but called anyway. Got the owner of the company on the phone (last man out) was on his way home, but listened to my story and said he would swing by on his way.He arrived in 20 minutes, diagnosed the problem, blown fuse in the power panel, called his electrician out, replaced the fuse, and we had cool air in a couple hours. Price was extremely fair, especially considering the circumstances of the event. Will certainly use them again.

The owner came out for the initial visit to see what the fix was going to be for AC units. He then brought out his crew of three men to get the work done and they were here for just under hour. They were prompt, professional and did a great job.

I contacted Liberty (Jerry) through Angie's recommendations and told him my heating system was not working. Liberty was at my door within a very short period after I called. Aldo was very polite and professional. He quickly found the problem (rats had eaten through some tubing), told me the repair cost (very reasonable) and that he could repair it easily and immediately. Aldo is a friendly and open type of guy who encouraged questions and discussions. So after the repair I told him about problems I was having with my thermostat-- the pre-set system no longer worked (16 yrs old). Aldo showed me a replacement system which was digital, easy to use and see, and did not have mercury components like my old one. Then I happened to mention that I had problems with my toilets. I had replaced the handles and flaps myself some time ago but there were continuous problems with emptying and filling. He examined the toilets and told me what was causing the problem. ( He also found a leak that fortunately had not seeped into the flooring). He gave me an estimate for replacing the thermostat and the toilet fill lines and flappers. I felt no pressure to purchase anything. Aldo gave me options and the pros and cons of each fix. I felt he was very honest and had my best interests in mind. (You don't find that kind of service very often in today's world.) All-in-all, Aldo did a super job. The overall cost for fixing the heating, 2 toilets (and a leak) and a thermostat was much lower than I expected. And everything works great now! In addition, I was able to get 4 things fixed in one visit. I would highly recommend you use Liberty for any AC and heating and even plumbing needs. I was lucky enough to cal Liberty Plumbing when we needed a new dishwasher installed and we call them for every plumbing and A/C job now. They did a very thorough job and are fair and honest. In fact, the last job we called them out for ended up in us receiving $100 credit for a valve which ended up costing less than quoted. We had already paid the bill and Jerry called me back the next day to say that we were overcharged. How many other companies would do that for you? Honesty and integrity is printed on the back of their business card and this is a company that means it!

Excellent service. Jerry did only what was needed, stayed long enough to ensure that heater was working. We asked him about a service contract and he said just call once a year and he would come to service our air conditioner and heater. Very honest and didn't look to drive up the cost. Identified the problem and corrected it.
