no major issues, thank god. jerry was fantastic, he called us back as soon as he was able to and showed up as soon as he was able to as well, and he got my water heater back up and working in seconds. Again the only thing that needed to be done was have the pilot light lit. This is a great company, and jerry is the owner. Very trusting, honest, friendly, kind hearted, and soft spoken. I was very impressed with jerry. i have major trust issues when it comes to dealing with any sort of contractors, but not jerry, i cannot say enough great things about him. i greatly recommed him. he also services a very large area as well. He is very professional at his work and greatly knows his stuff. Jerry is not going to tell someone they need something when they do not, just to make and extra buck. I will be using jerry in the very near future again. i have more work that needs to be done and he is number one my list to call. also again thank you jerry for all you did and for your very truthful honesty. I was greatly blessed to have met have him, and to have him do the service call. At the time when we used this company it was a weekend, there was no extra charges for it being the weekend nor a standard service charge call. A truly fantastic company. Duncan and Juan arrived a the time they had told me they would be at the house. They quickly found the leak and were able to replace the part.

However, the service is timely and professional. The owner dropped by and personally inspected the work.

The service turned out really good. I would call them again. When they came back to do the extra service it did take a while as they were very busy.

Sean and Steve did a great job rebuilding two toilets and replacing one. They were very knowledgeable and professional. When the replacement toilet wasn't available nearby, they drove to San Diego to purchase it and completed the job the same day. I will definitely use Liberty Plumbing again.

Sean came out to look at our furnace and the A/C unit outside. Found that the coolant was undercharged and that our thermostat wasn't working. I didn't have him fix it because I had home owner's insurance and wanted to use that instead. Save money, ya know? He was very understanding and even wrote down his diagnosis of the problem for the insurance company to look at so that I could make my case. He had no problems with showing me around the systems and telling me what he was doing. I felt comfortable asking him questions. Would definitely use them again.

Very straight-forward repair. They gave me a guess over the phone as to what the likely problem was and the likely cost and it turned out exactly as they predicted. There was slight confusing in the arrival time, but they were still quite prompt. I will absolutely use them again.

We are a local Real Estate Company and deal with all sorts or repair companies. We had a home in escrow and the AC unit was not operating correctly. We called another Company to take a look at it and were told it needed to be replaced. We called another company and they Liberty for 2nd opinions. Long story short, Jerry was punctual, professional and extremly helpful. He was hired for the job and completed it on time with no problems. I would use him again and also recommend him.

We bought an Angie's List deal for A/C maintenance since our home warranty required we have it for them to cover our A/C. Liberty plumbing was very professional, arrived on time, performed the maintenance, and explained everything to my inquisitive husband without losing any patience. They suggested we refill the coolant- which I originally thought was just an attempt to add to the bill-but we noticed a difference right away. The bottom floor started cooling better almost immediately. Well worth it! They seemed honest and reliable and I would definitely use them again.

I had an old thermostat and love the new programmable one. Been happy ever since. The owner gave me a discount since Sean had to do additional work. I appreciated his honesty and integrity in the work. As a single mom, I always worry about being taking advantage.

I called and spoke with Jerry the owner at 10:45am, he was very nice and helpful. He said they would try to come out today but it could be the next day. I said I understood, calling so late in the morning on Tuesday. At 12:50pm that afternoon I received a call from Sean that he was in the area and could come by. He was there by 12:55! Two hours after I called for help! He was very professional, friendly, took the time to explain everything, didn't push a hard sell, felt like he cared and i wasn't just more money. He was patient when I needed to attend to my 12 month old. He quickly repaired the wiring problem I called about and fixed our A/C and then did an inspection and recharged the refrigerant. He explained evertyhing he was doing as he did it and even told me some tips to help me in the future. I would definitely recommend and use Liberty Plumbing in the future. Thanks Liberty for running a great business with integrity where I really felt the customers come first.

jerry was quick to respond and friendly on the phone and worked around my goofy schedule. my a/c was out and it's nearing 100. had his men sean and cody out within hours, and the a/c is blowing strong and cold! nice! sean was very professional as was cody.

A/C stopped working in the middle of the night at the beginning of this summer's first heat wave. I called before 8AM and Jerry answered the phone. I explained the situation and he said did not know if he would make it before noon or afternoon, I was relieved he was just going to be able to make it that day. He showed up shortly afternoon, I explained the issue and he pretty much knew what the problem was. Our A/C (as well as the rest of our house) does not use standard parts but he had one of the capacitors in his truck and was able tor repair it as well as charge our system. We slept well that night.

We arranged the visit by phone, since the work was done at my brother's property and I love 55 miles away. The work was done properly, on time and on budget. I am very satisfied.

Called early Monday morning. Due to the first real heat wave of the year, figured they would be extremely busy with calls like mine. Jerry (the owner) answered the phone and said he would do his best to get to us today, if not then tomorrow morning. Realistically did not expect same day service. Much to my surprise, he called around 3 pm to say he was on the way! Showed up about 10 minutes later! He and his partner were very quick in diagnosing the problem as well as explaining it in a manner that was easy to understand. While they were here, we had them replace the old thermostat which was not working properly. Very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy they showed me and my wife. Will definitely be using them again! Highly recommend!!
