+ -1 moreSMALL LOCAL SHOP. PAYS ATTENTION TO DETAIL. KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT ALL ASPECTS OF HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE. HELPED PRESERVED MY FILES SO NONE WERE LOST. ECONOMICAL FOR THE AMOUNT OF WORK DONE.
Description of Work: DID COMPLETE REPAIR OF MY PENTIUM 4 MOTHER BOARD. INCLUDED PULLING OFF ALL CORRUPTED FILES. UPGRADED SPEED AND MEMORY. INSTALLED VARIOUS UPDATED SOFTWARE INCLUDING MICROSOFT OFFICE, NORTON ANTI VIRUS, STARBAND INTERNET PROVIDER, WINDOWS XP. COMPLETELY DEBUGGED VIRUSES AND SPAM COOKIES ETC.

+ -1 moreSO FAR THE TEAM HAS BEEN SUPERB. THEY WERE PATIENT AS I EXPLAINED MY PROBLEMS. THEY WENT TO WORK IMMEDIATELY TO SAVE ANY EXISTING DOCUMENTS, AND EVEN TO THE POINT OF GETTING SPECIFIC FILES THAT I NEEDED TO CONTINUE WORKING. THEY GAVE ME A DISC TO DOWN LOAD INTO MY SECONDARY COMPUTER SO I COULD KEEP WORKING, THEN WENT BACK AND CONCENTRATED ON FINDING THE PROBLEM.
Description of Work: BROUGHT COMPUTER IN BECAUSE IT STOPPED WORKING. THIS FIRST $75.00 WILL GO TOWARDS DIAGNOSIS OF PROBLEM. ALSO DOING PRELIMINARY BACKUP OF ALL EXISTING DOCUMENTS ONTO DISC. THERE WILL BE ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR REPAIR.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE, VERY FRIENDLY, VERY NICE, AND VERY HELPFUL. THEY EVEN GAVE INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE. THEY RESPONDED TO THE QUESTIONS AND TRY TO HELP YOU OVER THE PHONE BEFORE YOU BRING IT IN. THEY DO THAT WITHOUT CHARGING YOU. THAT REALLY HELPED MY WIFE. ONCE WE BROUGHT IT IN, IT WAS EITHER $75 OR $100 BASED ON WHAT WE WANTED THEM TO DO.
Description of Work: WE HAD A VIRUS AND THEY WIPED OUT EVERYTHING, AND PUT IT ALL BACK FOR US. THEY CLEANED IT UP AND THAT TYPE OF THING. THEY CHANGED THE CONFIGURATION. THEY HAD TO DO QUITE A BIT OF WORK.
