I was out of state when I received a call that a lot of water was dripping from the ceiling in my garage. So I immediately returned home on a Sunday morning, and called Hunters Plumbing the the same morning at 10am.J I explained the problem of water passing through the ceiling and that the upstairs bathroom could be the source. Todd arrived the next morning, examined the water in the garage,checked the toilet, gave me his assessment as the toilet as the possible problem and source of the water instead of a broken pipe. He took the toilet apart, showed and explained the situation to me, he then,replaced the wax seal and repaired leaky tank, and the water valve behind the toilet. He cut a hole in the ceiling in the garage to release the water and check the pipes to ensure the pipes weren't the cause of the water damage. There was so much water in the ceiling that the water filled a 5 gallon bucket. And Sure enough the cause was the toilet leaking from the upstairs bathroom located directly above the water drenched ceiling area. All in all, I'm completely satisfied with the overall service; the promptness of service call, the clear and concise explanation of the problem and repair. This is second time I've used Hunters Superior Plumbing complete with the same positive results.

Todd is a great, hard, fair, thoughtful and honest worker. I was impressed with his work, he is very proficient, precise and takes the time to answer and explain any questions and/or concerns, if any. He cleans up after his work and hauls items away, like he wasn't even there.... everything is clean, new and works again. My mom was visiting from Hawaii and she was so impressed with him and his work, she wanted to take him back with her to fix their place. I originally called Todd on a Saturday afternoon to make use of the $899 installation he offers as we'd already purchased a tankles water heater. Todd was working on a job at the time but offered to come over after 5pm, which he did. Todd was more than able to install the tankless that we'd already bought but offered us a Rinnai for roughly the same as what the overall cost would come to anyway. We decided to go ahead with the Rinnai and scheduled a time for the work to be done. Todd came over the following Wednesday and worked all day completing the job. He was very polite, courteous and did a fantastic job. The water heater not only works perfectly but he did a pristine job of the installation, it looks great!

Our second story master bedroom bathtub leaked down through through a can light and into the downstair kitchen. As a result we had used that bathtub in at least 15 years or more. I called Todd and he came out that afternoon and figured out what and where the problem was with the tub plumbing and a couple of other plumbing problems we were having. Todd gave us an idea of the parts that he would need and what it would cost to do the repairs.He came back the next day and did all of the repars. Now everything is working great! I called and left a message, received a callback within minutes from Todd. I explained the problem and he was knowledgeable about the hot water heater that we had (size etc). He gave us a quote on the phone, and was here exactly when he said he would be- with a new replacement water heater, all within a very few hours of my first call. He worked quickly, left no mess and the price charged was exactly the quote. The new water heater was installed & strapped down, he showed us how to light the pilot and he made sure the pilot was lit and the water heater working before he left. We are so impressed with the service & efficiency, we would highly recommend this company.

I had called several other handymen and plumbers and no one had bothered to call me back--so much for people who complain about there not being enough work and being unemployed. I tried for 2 weeks to get someone out here to no avail. I finally called HSP on a Sunday, hoping to leave a message to be returned on Monday. To my surprise, Todd answered the phone! He showed up on time first thing the very next morning, installed my new garbage disposal, and was out the door in an hour. Friendly, prompt, and thorough. Didn't charge me an arm and a leg, which I greatly appreciated. Would absolutely refer to anyone and will use again when needed!

Had a wet spot on the ceiling of our kitchen pantry. I called Hunter Superior Plumbing because he is local and has very good reviews on Angies list. Todds wife answered and took my information. She called back that evening and said Todd could come over at 9:45 am the next day. He showed up on time. After surveying the problem and cutting out the drywall, he found a drain pipe from the upstairs bathroom was leaking. He gave me an estimate of cost that was reasonable to me so I asked him to fix it. He left breifly to get the parts he needed. He replaced the section of the pipe that was cracked. The cost was actually $50.00 less than what he quoted. I would definitely use Todd again for any future plumbling issues.

It was time to replace the water heater. We researched tankless water heaters and decided to go this route. After reviewing Angie's List we chose this company. Todd came out to inspect the jobsite and submitted a written quote. We hired him to do the work. He took out the old water heater (that he hauled away) and installed the new one. He is meticulous and the work is quality. He cleaned up after himself and left the job site very clean. We called him again when we were installing our outdoor kitchen. He ran a gas line from the propane tank to the bar b que area. Once again, quality work and a clean job site.

Wonderful experience overall from my first contact through completion of the job. I selected this plumber because of his high rating on Angie's List. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experiences on Angie's List, the first being a housecleaner. Todd Hunter returned my call almost immediately. In fact, he was in the field, having just completed another job. I explained my problem(s) and right away I was worked into his schedule. I spoke to his wife about scheduling a time and I must say, she was friendly, understanding and very much the professional. And they don't make you wait around half the day for your appointment. They give you a time frame within a one or two hour window and honor it. Todd was extremely professional, calling prior to his arrival. In fact, he arrived several minutes early...how often does that happen? In my case, rarely. I had a stopped up sink in the guest bathroom and low water pressure throughout the house. Todd went about his work, replacing some things and correcting others. He realized the problems and fixed them. I was pleasantly surprised at his bill. Todd only charged for the service call and nothing more. I have found someone I can trust and Todd Hunter is now my go-to plumber. I am a totally satisfied customer.

I called their number and his wife answered. She took my information and had him call me back a couple hours later. He arrived the next day when he said he would. He checked for leaks in both the incoming pipes and drain pipes and did a VERY complete job. He also fixed a leaky faucet. The price was VERY reasonable for the time spent and we couldn't have been happier.

I contacted Todd Hunter through Angie's List email service on a Sunday. Todd responded within the hour and called shortly thereafter to confirm his appointment with me and answered my questions about purchasing the shower fixtures I wanted installed the following Tuesday morning. He arrived just after 9am (the time he said he would be here) took a look at the situation and gave me my estimate. We agreed on the price and about an hour and 45 minutes later he was completely done. It looks and works great and he even cleaned up and took the empty box away!

Excellent service- Tod Hunter came to my home on time. I showed him all the plumbing problems and he diagnosed all the problems and quite remarkably know the solutiions to those problems very quickly. Tod left to pickup some parts in Home Depot, came back and took care of the problems right there and then. The price is quire reasonable. Such efficient, very knowledgeable and quite a professional- he is a 10 out 10 service provider:):):)I would highly recommend him to everyone who has plumbing problems. I couldn't even get my arms into such a tight space. My last plumber did a sloppy job of fixing these same leaky faucets, which is why they leak again only one year later. None of the parts were replaced. This is the plumber for me! I don't have to wonder who I'm going to call for any future plumbing problems. I'm going to call Hunter Superior Plumbing.

I started out by joining and then querying Angie's List to identify a prospective plumber. (This was the first time I've ever used Angie's List.) I called the plumber shortly after 10:00pm and got no answer. After I hung up, I got a callback a few minutes later. I quickly explained my problem and was promised a quote by the following morning. Once the vender determined the cost of a replacement water heater, he called me with a firm estimate -- labor and materials. By 1:00pm the same day, he showed up and spent most of the next three hours removing the old water heater and replacing it with a new one (same brand, newer model). I'm very pleased with the quality of the work done, the speed with which it was accomplished, and the courteous, professional manner of the workman/proprietor. Furthermore, this workman cleaned up after himself; I had no housekeeping chores to perform after he left. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to a friend or neighbor.
