Entire process went great. Awesome plumber. He shows up on time, does a great job, fair price, and he's polite and respectful.

We noticed a sewage-type smell coming from our bathroom and after narrowing the source down to the shower drain, we contacted our homeowner's warranty company. They dispatched a "plumber" who said he could not fix the problem, that it was not a "plumbing" problem and that we should call a "shower" company who may need to excavate our shower and possibly the foundation of our home to see where the "leak" is coming from. So, we immediately thought we'd be spending upwards of thousands of dollars, but decided to hire our own plumber to take a look at it first. We found Hunter Superior Plumbing on Angie's List and Todd came out within the week. He quickly figured out the problem, which WAS a plumbing problem, and fixed it within a few hours! What a relief to have a knowledgeable professional take care of the problem! We'll definitely be using this company for all of our future plumbing needs!

Hunter Superior Plumbing arrived on time as promised and Todd Hunter began the installation at 10:30 am and completed the entire job by 3:30 pm. He was very skilled, efficient, knowledgeable and meticulously clean and is an extemely nice person. He left no mess whatsoever and is workmanship is unparalleled. He not only removed our old tank water heater, but when he left, he took it with him to dispose of it.

He was very thorough and punctual. A pleasant personality and knows his business.

It was a great experience. With all the contractors coming and going it was great turning Todd loose to fix all our problems. We had a undetermined leak in a bathroom which he located and fixed. Installed a new kitchen sink faucet, a jacuzzi bathtub, three shower hookups and two toilets. His work was excellent and he was very conscience of detail finishing. We throughly enjoyed having him work for us and would definetily use him again and recommend him. After all the problems with remodeling this house one thing I can have confidence in is that our plumbing will work well. Thanks Todd!

I called and made an appointment with a very pleasant lady at Hunter Superior Plumbing. The appointment was between 1 to 2 pm with the agreement that Todd would call if he could make it earlier which is exactly what happened. Todd arrived and I explain what I wanted and he got right to work. He was knowledgeable, experienced, fast and clean. He was friendly and respectful of our home. Excellent experience overall. I wish I had known of this company before. I highly recommend Hunter Superior Plumbing and will use them again should the need arise.

Todd came and looked at everything and gave his opinion and a very reasonable estimate. He was a little late coming to do the work, but he got here and completed the job in a timely fashion. He did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards, too.

I was impressed from the start to finish. The office staff responded quickly to my e-mail. Todd called to let me know he was on his way and was on time. He was very neat and cleaned up after himself. I felt he went above and beyond to do a good job.

When we saw bubbling under our laminate floor all down our hallway we got really nervous and called Hunter Superior Plumbing immediately that evening. He responded promptly and determined very quickly that it was a leak in the refrigerator connection and replaced the piece. What a HUGE relief. It could have been so much worse and extremely costly.
