Great service, great response time, and only a little bit of laughing at our stupid questions!

I had tried unsuccessfully to replace a badly leaking (worse after my working on it) hose bib. Discovered that the bib was soldered and I did not have the tools or expertise to replace it. Due to the worse condition after my working on it we had to turn off the water (causing the loss of water both inside and outside). Called Hunter plumbing and was referred immediately to Todd. Left a message for Todd, he returned the call and came by within the hour. He fixed the problem within 30 minutes. We also had some concerns about our hot water heater, which is approx. 7 1/.2 yrs old. Discussed our options and he gave some estimated costs.

They were amazing. They come whenever we have a problem and nothing really goes wrong. They are the best contractors I have ever had. I would say they are the best in town. They are extremely meticulous. I rate them high overall.

The service went well. It took about an hour and I was charged only for the service fee even though he had to provide a shower part.

We had no water pressure in the house, so I went on Angie's List to find a plumber. I called and talked with his wife and told me Todd would call back later that day, which he did. He came out the next day at 9am just like he said. He determined that the problem was our water filtration system. Since we have a very specialized system, he had to come back the next morning with all the parts he needed. Again, he showed up at the time he told us and went to work on the system. He redid all the pipes b/c they were stuffed full of build up b/c the original plumber that installed the unit, did not use the proper parts. After he got it all back together, we still did not have much water pressure, so he studied the unit and found out that the manufacturer put the unit together wrong and offered to take the whole unit home and rework it. He showed up Monday morning, at 9am, just as promised. He re-installed the unit and hooked everything back up and the problem was fixed. I liked that he did not give me a time span but an actual time and was always on time. He was very polite and nice, neat and clean. I think he did a lot of work for a very fair price. I will call him again for any plumbing needs for myself or family and would urge my friends to do the same.

Had a leak in the laundry room that was flooding multiple rooms. He came right away. Fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up. Kept me in the loop appropriately. I loved these people!!!!

Their service was incredible. The individual was very knowledgeable. The most valuable thing that Angie’s List provided to me is a decent plumber. His interaction was extremely cordial. He made great suggestions over the problems that I had. It’s one of the best experiences that I’ve had. I had a great plumber for many years, but she moved on. He is in many ways just as good. I would definitely use him again in the future.

Mr. Hunter greeted my son at the door and introduced himself to us both. I had a few things I wanted to go over with him, he followed us around the house explained what needed to be done approx pricing and he also gave us a few other options we could go. I had a problem that he was not qualified to do which was bathtub reglazing, however he gave us the name of someone who did do this. We were very grateful, he didn't rush thru explanations or what he was doing. Mr. Hunter is very professional, and through in his work and clean, he left his work areas as he found them! I would recommend Mr. Hunter to anyone in need of a plumber. He is now the plumber I will go to when I need any work done! Thank you Mr. Hunter

Work completed as described at estimated dollars. Estimate was done early morning; contractor returned later that day and completed work in timely fashion. Gentlemen had courtesous and professional manner. My sense is Hunter will go the extra distance to insure job is done correctly with minimal disruption at a fair price.

I called, and I believe his wife answered. Nancy was very friendly. She told me Todd would call the next afternoon, which he did. He came a short while after that, and fixed the shower valve promptly. I am very conservative on my scoring, so please know that if I score an "A," they have really earned it. I only marked him a "B" for professionalism because he wasn't wearing a uniform, but at least it was clean jeans & t-shirt with no plumbers crack. It is not that he was unprofessional at all--but there is a higher level, so I had to score accordingly. My last plumber had a $65 fee, so I gave Todd a B on price... but I didn't like the last guy enough to keep his card. Next time I need a plumber, I will most definitely call Todd first, and another Angies List referral if Todd is not available.

They did a very good job. The entire experience was excellent. They had reasonable prices and I will call them again when needed.

Todd was very punctual and professional. He also went into attic to determine if access to plumbing line was possible that wouldn't require cutting drywall in bedroom (it wasn't). I was very pleased with the plumbing repairs and would not hesitate calling him again. I did find I needed to re-attach the cut drywall in the bedroom but that was not a problem. After replacing the failed house pressure reducing valve, Todd also checked whether that would mean the water heater pressure valve was okay before replacing it (it wasn't). The total cost included both trips and all supplies.

He did an excellent job. He was explaining what he was doing. He showed up on time. He did it all within an hour. He was a very nice person.

After getting three prior estimates, (not from Angie's List by the way) no one was stepping forward to replace my leaking water heater which was getting worse by the day. I found Hunter Superior Plumbing on Angie's List and placed my call. Todd was at my home approximately one-hour later to give me an estimate and told me he could perform the necessary work the following day. This is exactly what occurred. Great estimate along with courteous, professional, punctual, timely, accurate and precise work!

I spent a couple of $100 on that work. The tenant had called about a leak in the upstairs bathroom and it was coming down through the ceiling, so it was an overflow on the upstairs shower that was leaking. He did a great job on the plumbing and I called him because it was an emergency type of thing and he was able to come out pretty promptly and deal with it. He seemed to know what it was right away and knew how to fix it and did it. I thought that his price was very reasonable.

He arrived on time, took very little time to investigate the problem and come up with the solution. He gave me several choices in replacement garbage disposals, went to buy the new one, returned, and installed the new one very efficiently without wasting time. Mr. Hunter is a very professional young man who takes his work seriously and does a good job at a fair price and on a timely basis. I would recommend him to any one with plumbing issues.

Overall I would say Hunter Superior Plumbing is just that, SUPERIOR! My husband and I can't rave enough about the work that was done here. When you have been burned from other contractors it was really refreshing to meet Todd. His work is outstanding and I can truly say we have a plumber for life. I would recommend him to the White House. I can tell he knows what he is doing and he always kept his word which we were very impressed by. He is meticulous and neat. His price is outstanding and believe me I priced everyone! All in all a pleasant experiance! Thanks so much Todd! You brought us faith in contractors again!

Todd does GREAT work. He is very professional, honest, reliable, and pricing is reasonable. We spoke to him several times before we finally decided on what to do with our downstairs bathroom. We have a severely handicapped daughter and have had to move her into the downstairs bedroom which has a very small bathroom. He helped us work within the size constraints and offered realistic suggestions that we hadn't even considered like moving the toilet and sink to corners to open area in front of shower. We needed to create a more open space for showering our disabled daughter and Todd helped us figure out a great solution and think about future needs. He completed all of the work while we were on vacation and the majority of the messy demolition and remodeling work was done when we got home. He laid down drop clothes and left our home cleaner than before he started. He works quickly and cleans up after himself unlike other contractors we've worked with who leave huge messes. He came over to check on the job to see if it was what we had expected and was genuinely concerned if it met our needs and expectations. I can't believe the job he did installing our new water heater and even put the new venting through our tile roof. We've had lots of rain lately and had no leaks. We've hired several times afterward to do more plumbing work at our home and at our mountain cabin. He is our permanent plumber. I don't want anyone else working for us!
