Description of Work: Refrigerator repair.

Description of Work: My daughter (22) was here not me. The work was done quickly and he left the old parts for me to see.

Description of Work: Leaking refrigerator. Thank you Steve for your prompt response to my call for help. On first appointment i was shown the reason for my refrigerator leak problem. Steve ordered the part and by the second day he called to set up a time to come over and get it repaired. Very happy with service, and professionalism.

Description of Work: Replaced bearings on dryer

Description of Work: Evaluated work to be done - had to order parts for microwave and refrigerator. Charged $75. for the evaluation (wanted to charge $75 for EACH part to be ordered - pointed out to him that "I" identified the refrigerator part needed (ice dispenser arm on door) and he changed the diagnosis charge to 1 item.

Description of Work: He checked out our microwave. Said it would cost about the same to fix as it would to buy a new one, so we did not have the work done.

Description of Work: Our ice maker was not closing and our microwave plate was not rotating. Steve was here on time and diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly. He made recommendations and gave us his past experiences to help us make our decision. He came originally to fix the ice maker which was not closing properly so ice was building up. After fixing that we had him look at our microwave because the plate had stopped rotating. He said it would cost about 20% of the cost of a new one to fix it. Good repair men are hard to find. Will definitely keep his number.

Description of Work: Had a leak in wash machine. He had to order some parts. Said it would be a couple of days.

Description of Work: We have an old style Whirlpool dryer (only three years old, but not the newer dryers with all the bells and whistles). It was only putiing out heat intermittently. They were in the area when I called, so they were over in about ten minutes. The tech knew what the problem was in about 2 minutes and had it fixed in about 15 minutes, after taking the time to vacuum out the lint in the bottom of the dryer. From the time I called to the time it was fixed and was less than hour. Over all for the effort it took to fix the dryer, what I paid seemed a little steep, but the speed in which it was fixed and how fast they came over was worth it. Plus, hopefully no new dryer for some time.
