This company has failed and will continue to fail do to there inability to communicate with there customer . They must not be afraid to tell the truth. I have read there reviews and there pattern of customer communication is consistently unacceptable. I now have been without my refrigerator 15 days and there's no light at the end of my problem . Living out of a ice chest is getting really old. I hope Home Depot will take note and discontinue any further dealings with this contractor
Description of Work: My 23 month old Samsung refrigerator will not cool . I have a service contract with Home Depot they sent a email with Esquivels appliance repair as my areas authorized vender. I placed a service request by phone after a full day I received a return call. José was a nice guy but explained to me that this model refrigerator most likely has a failed defrost sensor . This sensor that I need is currently out of stock. We scheduled his first available service opening in 14 days. He did assure me the sensors will be good in stock. After 13 days I called José to confirm the service for the fallowing day. It's was like we had never spoken before. I asked if the defrost seniors he ordered had arrived and Jose then admitted they never got ordered or that his supplier was out of stock? He never did clarify either . Then he asked again for the model # of my frig . With this info stated unfortunately this model is not serviceable and to contact Samsung direct . I sure would have liked that info 15 days ago.

Esquivels was HORRIBLE! The gentleman came out, spent all of two minutes in my home and left. He said he would order parts and contact me within 2 days to let me know. After twelve - YES 12 - phone calls, i finally got ahold of them. He told me computer problems delayed things. Funny thing is that he told the manufacturer who contracted him a completely different story. This leads me to not only question his integrity, but also his professionalism. If Esquivels shows up at my door again, he will be greeted by an angry customer, a giant dog, and a prompt call to the local police to remove him from my property.
Description of Work: Diagnosed and promised repair of a freezer.

Description of Work: My range needed repair and was still under warranty. I didn't choose Esquivel's but rather they were assigned to do the repairs by the warranty company. Esquivel's did not call to confirm the appointment, did not show up, and did not even pick up the phone when I called. I had checked Angie's list to see how they were rated and these were the same types of complaints that I saw listed about them. Fortunately, the warranty company provided me with another repair company that did a great job of repairing my range the following week. But because of Esquivel's, I lost a entire day of work waiting around for them.

I have been trying to get in touch with Esquivel's Appliance Repair to get the status of our repair (5 weeks have passed). I have left several messages on their voice mail, have never been able to get anyone to pickup the telephone. I am very unhappy that they have not tried to contact me. I would like to have someone contact me and let me know what the status of our repair is. 5 weeks without a dishwasher to use is getting quite old.
Description of Work: Samsung sent Jose Esquivel (owner/tech) to inspect the error code on our Samsung dishwasher. The technician contacted Samsung to order parts.
