They were less expensive than anyone else, including Home Depot, and they did a beautiful job. They stuck to the schedule they gave us which we really appreciated.

Elite made quality cabinets according to our plan. They were delivered to my home in good condition. They did not install the cabinets because my contractor did the installation. So my contact directly with Elite was limited until more recently when I became concerned about how the finish was holding up in some places. After being put in touch with Elite through the the interior designer that hired them, I dealt with Paul directly to address my concerns. Paul had his finisher come out and take a look and he removed the drawer/door fronts that I was concerned about and took the back to the shop and refinished them beautifully. Apparently, due to all the regulations that California has in place regarding paint, it is harder than it used to be to get a cabinet paint that can really stand up to wear and tear like I used to have years ago. I am very pleased with the customer service that Paul and Elite extended to me.
